Nice location within a short drive of the Sherman Tree and Moro Rock. The restaurant is a big bonus as there are limited options within the park and it's a long drive out

The hotel room had an old style thermostat, which was showing the wrong temp said 70 but was actually 60. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom looked a bit rough. As always, very expensive to stay here. Could use some car chargers, but if you charge before you come up, you can go anywhere and get a bunch back when you go back down (we charged in Tulare).

This is only place, so no other option in the park. Must be therehto skip the very winding road in to reack key sites.
Many little things missed, but when we called got immediate fix.
Thank you for special attention from food and bev mgr.
Very chilly first nts sleep, then found window fan still in. Roaring loud heat motor woke me next nt.

The lodge was quaint. In need of some upgrades for beds and a/c electrical and WiFi. Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend for family or solo travel. Small walking trail was nice.

The property was not convenient. There was no place to park and drop off luggage where you didn’t have to carry luggage a distance, either up hill or up steps. The walk to the restaurant, front desk and gift shop from the room was not well lit at night
The bathroom sink did not drain well and there was no grab bar in the bathroom.
The service in the restaurant was adequate.

Was good. Early check in great. No porter with 8 bags, 2 flights of stairs. Requested late check out to help negotiate packing bc and stairs was told no. 1st time in 2 years have had a late check out turned down.

Arrived late in evening 9pm, pitch black everywhere minimal lighting in car parks and not obvious how to get to bedroom buildings which are some way from reception. Given newspaper style sheet of information with poor map purporting to show how to get from there to the rooms. Room blocks up unlit paths from poorly lit car parks then into a three storey block with no lifts or offer of help - I’m 75 and whilst fairly healthy I did struggle a bit. Generally got a sense of an education institution not a quality hotel and certainly disappointing for the fairly hefty costs. Would not recommend it. Sequoia Park fabulous though!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is in good proximity to General Sherman and Moro Rock. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was we had a lot of luggage and it was not easy to get it up to the hotel. There is a hill to go up and no elevators.

The only downside was the smoke from nearby wildfires. Otherwise it was totally awesome.

The hotel is the place to be for visiting the Sequoia National Park. Free parking and immediate access to the shuttle 3 that takes the customers to some area of interest and to other shuttle connecting points.
Very appreciated as I did not want to drive within the park.
The rooms are not located where the registration is done. Therefore keep your luggages in your car until your room location is given.
The room is large, clean, and the bedding is good.
However, the TV does not work very well and the connection to internet is poor.
The breakfast is OK, the buffet will cost you around $22..
For the dinner, I did not really like their food but I did not have any other choice. It's expensive and the products are of low quality.

Nice accomodation in the center of Seqouia. It’s special to stay in the park itself.
All personel is super friendly.
Breakfast is great
Salad at restaurant “the Pizza terrace” is the only bad thing.
