The room was ok, the TV was really dark and the sinks faucet needed work. The girl at the office couldn't give me a receipt when I checked out.

I had a good stay.
I would have felt better if I had front room. The backroom faces the bushes. There is a fence but I didn't feel comfortable. Security walked me to the room and assured me cameras on and monitored frequently. You have to request room changes before 1pm.

The stay was good it was quiet but I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay to park at a hotel where you already paid for a room and you had to pay for the parking each day you were there.

I've stayed here a couple times and other times have been better. I guess it's all dependent on if your next door neighbors are long-term tenants who are yelling and knocking on each other's doors every half hour between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. so it can make all the difference, sadly I was sandwiched between teo people/groups who seemed to be friends, who lived there(?) And who were loud EVERY 30 MINUTES between 1am and 5am- not much sleep at all... if you are in an area where people might be either long-term or just on drugs, ask for an area that has other short stay folks or other normal people who dont sound like theyre selling something to people or have a revolving door there every 39 minutes.... this was totally not the case on my other stays so I was really surprised to het put in the long termers (?) Area. That's my only guess.

Low end/low cost hotel with the basic amenities. Staff dealt with my not having reservations properly booked and were cordial.

While the front desk people were wonderful, the hotel itself is not.
It does NOT provide an airport shuttle. It feels unsafe and worn out. The bathroom light didn’t work. And then just before I went to sleep, the smoke detector started beeping loudly as if out of battery.
Like I said, front desk people were great, but I’ve stayed at much better Seatac hotels at the same price point that provide a shuttle and feel much safer.

Reserved and paid for a double bed, non-smoking room. Upon check in, was informed we had a smoking room. Asked to be moved and were given a SINGLE bed room. Returned to the office, informed of the mistake, counter clerk seemed put off to correct the situation. Finally got a suitable room, but then was charged a parking fee not listed when booking, additionally, had stayed at the same location 8 days earlier, and was NOT charged to park. Clerk would not offer an explanation. Having no other choice, paid the fee. I feel property owes me not only a refund, but explanation and apology as well.

It was a very bad staying experience here. When I checked in, I was not expected to be charged for parking due to the booking detail on the reservation says “parking available”, and I thought that’s free of charge. If parking needs to be charged, please state it clearly. Water comes from the faucet in the bathroom smells like swimming pool water. It’s very noisy, not just because our room is next to the laundry station, people talked loudly at hallway. We can crystal clearly hear the stepping, running noise from upstairs. No ideas why people woke up at 2am and walking and talking so loudly downstairs, my two kids and wife were shocked and woke up by such big noise, couldn’t fall asleep till 3am.

Surprisingly quiet for being next to the airport and on a main road but this place was clean safe quiet and had ample parking that had a giant gate around it so it felt a little safer

It was a nice room and clean but unfortunately I suffered a migraine in part because of the smell of cleaning products and had to leave the room very early in the morning.

Very noisy and active area. Walls are paper thin and people abouve were stomping all night. I finally got up and checked out at 2 am and they didn’t even seem concerned, I told him what was going on and they didn’t even apologize and when I was leaving, paramedics and firetruck was there it looked like someone had a little too much to drink I would not recommend you stay there with young children

The property looks old inside and out, also the room i got smell to much to cigarette. This place is really close to the airport it should be a nice place to the tourist to stay. The check in was easy and quick, also the person who attended me was very nice, friendly and she did a good job.

Stayed 1 night, bed had a white unknown stain on the main blanket along with a red stain that appeared to be blood, making it apparent that the bed sheets and blankets were not washed.
Absolutely disgusted.

Very basic, cheap, and convenient stay! It was super close to the airport, which is what we needed since we had to take someone there at 3am, and didn't want to drive any further than necessary on a couple hours of sleep! The check-in process was easy and only took a minute or two, and Papa, the front desk clerk was very friendly and nice! Parking was only five dollars and I didn't need to pay a security deposit! The room was pretty clean for the price and area, and the air conditioner worked well! Everything was great except the shower curtain rod wasn't properly fastened into the wall, and the curtain kept sliding into the middle of the rod. There was visible light coming in from under the door but I didn't mind because the reservation was so affordable! But for such a large motel I was truly impressed by how clean the room was! As any motel near an airport, airplane sounds and traffic were heard the majority of the night, but it didn't impede my sleep since the air conditioner noises drowned it out! Altogether I'm pleased with my stay!

Very friendly staff, kind and accommodating. The room was fair, bedding was clean but we did find hair in the sink like it had not been cleaned. It's an older motel but nicely served the purpose of giving us a good night's rest before hopping on an early flight.
