I love the complimentary free breakfast including full English ( so nice ) not many hotels offer that. Price was reasonable too only down side was a single bed but I got what was offered.

perfect location for Luton train station and airport, modern room, similar to a Holiday Inn, free coffee & tea 24/7, good breakfast, super-friendly both British and Romanian staff

Apart from the bed which was very comfortable, I am afraid to say that the toilet seat was the wrong one for the toilet and kept moving. There was no tea facilities in the room which is unheard of. The breakfast was terrible, they had no milk for my corn flakes, the toaster was not working and the receptionist who met us in arrival was just unhelpful and uninterested in his role it would appear.

We missed our plane, and we needed somewhere to stay the night. It was insanely helpful that we could crash somewhere that was close, and budget friendly. Checking was very easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed at the time.

Hotel entrance was difficult to find - on foot from station we walked all the way round before finding the way in. Tip: walk straight ahead from station into shopping centre, then take elevator upstairs and turn right (during retail opening times) hotel entrance is then immediately outside the exit door. Room and bed was comfortable. Nice big towels. Buffet breakfast included was very good value for money. A hotel that I would definitely recommend and would return to.

No great, air vent in every room that runs ice cold air at night even with full blast radiator on as these get covered by the long heavy draped curtains to the floor. My room was changed on again to have same issues and then worst noises all night/day with no restful sleep. First day arriving a woman who looked like a homeless drunk with a foul mouth manners swore at me for no reason. All mentioned to the staff/manager on duty & absolute nothing! Leading up to hotel is very run down..very dirty like a back alley way. No kettle/tea/coffee facilities in room have to come down every time via lift then back up again with a hot drink. Future will stay at a 4star only because the area Luton is quite run down and many creepy/doggy people about.

all was good but there was no hot water so had to take a cold shower. Not great during the middle of a storm in November

Excellent value with good breakfast included. Convenient for the station making it an ideal base for our visit to London.

I often stay here when I have an early flight from Luton. The hotel is attached to a shopping mall and is a 5 minute walk from the station. It's very convenient. Single rooms are a little small but the staff are excellent and the breakfast is very good for the price. The area is grim and there are some people staying at the hotel who are obviously being housed by the local council as emergency housing. But other than that it's an excellent hotel. I've stayed here many times

My stay was good. There are challenges with persons smoking drugs outside the hotel.

This stay was not very good. I have stayed here 3 times previously over the last month but this time I wasn’t happy. My room was freezing, you could see the table in the room hadn’t been cleaned properly and I was woken unnecessarily twice in the morning by housekeeping!

Good location. Next to the mall and transport hub. However the breakfast is monotonous. Rooms are clean and bed comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily,if requested.

No tea in room nor kettle in room
Room was cold upon arrival,
Very small room of furniture in the room was badly organised, kept on hitting my leg between bed and table at the desk.
Carpet had a lot of stains and look dirty,
Bathroom floor cold, I had sniffles the following morning.

Took 45 minutes to actually access my room after arriving at hotel as they say booking wasn't on system - didn't want to check by reservation number initially as they said processes to follow. So I could have accessed room immediately if they had used common sense and taken reservation number.
Room was far too hot and they keep fans in the room as they are obviously aware of this. Fans are noisy and don't really help to create a cool environment. Also rooms are very basic, and not of a high decor.
Also no tea or coffee in room and have to go down to lobby if you want it.

This was perfect for us in a family room (3 adults), central to shops but 10 mins from Luton Vale crematorium. Parking is limited be we got a space so was happy with that. Nice breakfast too.
