One night stay to catch an early flight. Very close to airport about a 10 minute walk in a well lit up area. Group of 3 in a double room with a pull out sofa bed. Very comfortable and enough space for 3 big bags as well when the sofa bed was pulled out. We had dinner as well in the restaurant and we all had a great meal. Would highly recommend. All the staff we encountered were very friendly as well.

Nice room, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Easy walk from the airport

All as expected from Holiday Inn. Fantastic breakfast - made fresh vegan sausages upon request.
Airport noise as expected but silent overnight.
Helpful staff.

I made mistake with booking they where amazing and sorted it all out for me

Terrible , shower flooded, toilet filled with water and overflowed so we couldn’t shower and had to use the loo downstairs , bed was like a brick , evening meal was inedible overall the worse airport stay I have ever had.

Had issues from games and misleading advertising on Google and the hotels website. 24hr room service with full English breakfast is not something that this hotel does. Hot breakfast is only available from 5:30am in the restaurant and on room service.
I spoke with the shift manager and the general manager regarding the issues during both our stays. Issues from staff not available to open the main door to the phone system and Aircon units not working to errors with non delivery of ordered breakfast and errors with the breakfast items provided were discussed. The hotel agreed to refund the cost of the latest stay and will remove the website from Google which shows the wrong details which are false and misleading.

We came in on a light evening flight (with my son) - check in was very simple - comfortable night - had breakfast (very nice) and checked out by 9 30pm before continuing our journey. Would definitely do again

It was just a quick overnight stay after a short but late flight. We had not booked a room suitable for a disabled person, but as soon as the check-in staff saw my sister with her rolator walking aid, he quickly sought out a ground-floor room with disabled person's shower. I was impressed,

Convenient location next to T2 however the beds are absolutely rock solid, tiny double and the air con didn’t work. Check in lady was super helpful but wouldn’t come back.
2.5
Only there for a 8 hours between flights. Ladies at reception went above and beyond. I want feeling well and they got my honey and tea. It made my night after lots of travelling.

Nice airport hotel in walking distance to Luton airport. We had no A/C in the room due to a problem, but gave us a fan and drinks tokens.

The bed was not comfortable, sagged in the middle. The room was very hot and stuffy.

A good pick if you have an early flight.

When we checked in we were advised air conditioning was switched off. We were Offered water.
No one contacted us to allow us so we couldn’t change the hotel
Reservations. We were offered 50% off our booking.

Having stayed in many IHG hotels worldwide, this one is more of a Holiday Inn Express than a Holiday Inn. But, there's an Express across the street, so I guess they needed to differentiate the two. It's priced like an Express, so I can't complain.

As it was an overnight stay for a very early flight I only experienced reception. The booking in receptionist was excellent. The one as I was leaving had a charisma bypass and offered no help when I asked him about the bus service to the airport. The room was as always just what was required.

Nice stay, restaurant service was not very good but manager rectified, TV remote not working in room to start, manager rectified

Large room, comfortable, clean. Woken up by people talking in the next room, so soundproofing could be better.

Air conditioning didn’t work and room had no windows. Impossible to sleep due to the temperature of the room. Asked for a fan and told none were available. Asked again later when kids simply couldn’t sleep, and amazingly with some firm persuasion they found one, unfortunately this was too late for us and it ruined a nights sleep before an early flight. Poor reception service and room wasn’t particularly clean either

I was in a disabled room, set up for wheelchair, but it was on the second floor and I wondered how a disabled person would get out in an emergency if the lifts were shut down.

Stayed as flying from Luton the next morning. Room as a great size. Bathroom eqipment needed descaling and bed very uncomfortable. Left us both with a bad back in the morning. Food in the restaurant was good and staff very frienly and efficient.

The AC was out of commission. Complaints to the help desk yielded no solutions as the AC could neither be turned on nor could an alternative room be apparently provided.
Even with two fans operating at full capacity the atmosphere in the room could only be described as dangerously suffocating, owing to no windows being present in the room that can be opened to the outside air to provide a suitable airflow through the room.

Good airport parking

The hotel itself is okay. It's walking distance from the airport and decent enough for a 1-ight stay.
But what truly shocked me after my stay is how petty the hotel staff turned out to be. When we booked our stay, we chose a pre-paid dinner, and the waiter said that each of the guests had a 25 GBP limit to spend on any food from the menu. So we ordered the food, had our dinner and then flew off to another country in the morning. The next day I got a call from the hotel manager saying that I needed to pay 11 GBP for my dinner because the waiter had made a mistake, and we actually only had 20 GBP to spend on the dinner, not 25. The manager was asking me to call her back and tell her my credit card number over the phone so that she could charge me the remaining 11 GBP. It did bother her that it was the waiter's mistake in the first place, or that I was in another country where I had to pay extra charges for making international phone calls, or that telling your credit card number over the phone is wildly insecure. She was adamant that I needed to settle the bill asap. You would think that one of the largest hotel chains in the world should not bother customers with such petty requests, and quietly handle the situation themselves (especially given that it was caused by their own mistake). But looks like it is more important for Holiday Inn to charge me 11 pounds than look after its reputation.

For a quick overnight before my flight, it did the trick.

Prices for food extortionate, and the charge you an extra £14 to park in their own parking lot.

Booked last minute due to flight problems at Luton Airport. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and sincere. Would definitely recommend.
Please note - I don't often leave any reviews but in this instance I really felt the staff deserved some praise!

The parking spaces are really tight, had already trouble getting a rental C-Class in and out.

This was one of the best Holiday Inns I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were incredibly helpful.
The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good, especially considering it’s an airport hotel!
Walking distance from the terminal, which makes this hotel super convenient for early morning flights from LTN. I will definitely stay there again when flying from LTN.
