We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room.
The hotel also has a good location.

We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was that we know this is not 5 stars, well we can compare all 5 stars in that level as we've travelled to more than 100 countries, some of the 4 stars can be 5 stars but this one is just 4 stars for me.
We arrived with 3 people in the Front office attendant, all busy but we were serve by David, if i got his name correct, told us that there is a different check in for Star privilege which we don't fmind to be serve anywhere and he gave us a good room on the 3rd floor, I think all facing the see or facing the swimming pools are all ok from 2nf floor, of course it depends to what you pay.
The lobby is just ok and the room we got is also good with basic amenities, the difference here vs El mirador is the personal touch, there is no card greetings to welcome you, the toiletries were all now in the refillable bottles that you need to squeeze, tea and coffee pods, nice bed and lovely view from the balcony.
There is also a lounge for star privilege where you can have snacks and drinks, which is ok for those who love drinking, but for us we don't drink this is not applicable but for others this is a great benefit.
Breakfast and Dinner- all Buffet and a separate room for star privilege as well, it's noisy when it's busy because of kids around but a bit quiet in the star privilege room.

Iberostar Lanzarote Park is truly a gem of a resort, and my recent stay there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. The dedication and attentiveness of the entire team, from housekeeping to the waiters and reception staff, was truly remarkable. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the guests' experience.
The entertainment staff also deserve high praise for their outstanding efforts in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. They poured their hearts and souls into ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time, and their passion for their work was truly infectious.
The food choices at Iberostar Lanzarote Park were nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of the cuisine available were truly impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Whether it was a sumptuous breakfast spread or a delectable dinner, every meal was a delight to savor.
Overall, I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Iberostar Lanzarote Park. The exceptional staff, from the housekeeping to the entertainment team, made my stay unforgettable. Combined with the outstanding food choices, this resort truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.

Room wasn’t clean, towels aren’t towels they are just cut offs. Furniture in the room cheap tacky and stained. Food good, customer service mostly good. Breakfast service very very slow, but food good choice. Communal areas modern and nice shame they haven’t done the same for the rooms. I wouldn’t stay again due to the rooms, stains on the wardrobes, doors wood peeling back, patio doors don’t lock with handle you have a little boot at the top. Beds horrendous.

We have just had a lovely holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday with our adult boys and partner. We all stayed in star prestige and had such a lovely time we didn’t want to leave. The hotel staff made made my husband feel very special. We were able to pay for my husband’s family to have lunch with us they all said they preferred the hotel to the one they were staying in.
The staff in the star prestige bar surprised us with a cake and champagne as well.
We will hopefully be back soon and stay for longer.

Fantastic hotel . Would thoroughly recommend. Accommodation is top class, breakfast is superb and location on the sea front is wonderful.
Star prestige well worth the money with free drinks and snacks during the day and an exclusive adult only pool area.
Good sports facilities as well.
10 min walk to the main shops and restaurants in Playa Blanca and taxis are cheap and easily available if required.
Will be returning next year.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.

For context, we left yesterday after having spent three nights and had stayed at Barcelo Santiago in Tenerife for three nights immediately prior:
1. The Good
On the upside, the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had and better than Barcelo Santiago. The pools were awesome although I wish they had people coming around asking for drink orders. Location was very convenient as it was walking distance to many restaurants. Walking to beaches is possible although it’s a bit far. Maybe the hotel should have a fleet of electric scooters which guests can borrow?
2. The So-so
When I first approached the property, I was a little distressed as it is in a commercial area and one approaches through a small shopping area consisting of tourist rental shops for bikes, scooters, etc. I was relieved once I got to the lobby. The rooms were spacious and ours had a great ocean view but the decor is a stark white (no art or on the walls or color anywhere) which gets a bit monotonous.
3. The Bottom Line
Nice place but not as lux as some of the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past and not as nice as Barcelo Santiago. But we certainly enjoyed it!

The beds are old and rickety, the bathrooms seemed to attract mosquitoes whenever you had a shower, leaving my daughter and I covered in bites. There were no activities of any merit, no spin classes even though there is a designated spin room, terrible kids club, and tennis courts where you are not able to hire a coach …. Supposedly for insurance purposes. The hotel was very expensive and I feel cheated. It was positioned nicely with great sea views, and there was lots of options at the buffet. But I feel you can’t charge these prices and offer the rooms in that state with such low quality activities.
I actually left the hotel 2 days earlier to go somewhere else.
