Horrible. "Hotel" is the top floor of an abandoned mall. Very unsafe, creepy, and reminiscent of the walking dead. It got even worse when we were kept up all night from the nightclub next door and people screaming outside

The location was good and the staff was friendly. But they missrepresented the room, they call it a suite and charge 200 extra for an extra person. But its actually just a single small room. And the a/c doesnt work, which makes it really hard to sleep.

Looks nice on pictures, room was big but it looked very used. The bed was so uncomfertable I have back pain. The cleaning lady woke me up every morning and when asked to please come back later she never did... Location is good but I would much rather recommend an airBnB instead with regard to location.. There is also allot of light entering the room so you cant really get any decent sleep..

Old shopping mall buikding turned partly into modern hotel. Centrally situated.

The pictures of the hotel in Expedia are not showing the real situation of the place. It rests in the upper floors of a sort of abandoned section of a commercial building. The elevators, corridors, lights, are all in very bad state, bad looking, stains all over the old worn carpet, dirty walls. After taking an elevator with a button panel patched with silver tapes, scratched glass panels, you see damaged walls, debris all the way to the reception, which is a desk in a hall. The security of the hotel is an issue as the door of rooms can't be locked from inside. The magnetic card that opens the doors also opens the glass sliding door to the street that remains open whenever a guest opens it and the sensors detect someone walking on the street - as there is a discotheque in the same building, the waiting line to enter the disco reaches the street door and it keeps open as there is always someone standing in front. The noise of the disco is another issue as it is loud and it persists along the whole night till 4am. The parking facility offered to me by the hotel was a single-car garage of someone's house 900m away, and they charged 40EUR for 2 days, what is the same you pay to leave the car overnight in the 2 closer Public parking lots in 2 nights. The Expedia site says it is a 4-Star Hotel - this is a horrible joke. I am deeply deceived not only by the hotel, but also with Expedia for having allowed such a fake place like this to advertise and attract us to this tourist trap.

This is not a hotel. It's a bunch of rooms in the 3rd floor above an abandoned mall (if you have a lot of luggage it's hard to get it there)
Worse of all - it's above a nightclub and is impossible to sleep till 5am till the nightclub stops the music.

Had to leave the hotel after our first night because there is a night club right underneath the hotel that is open until 5am. The hotel shakes. When we were leaving they said they would give us our money back for the time we didn’t stay there only- no refund for the bad night where we had to leave the hotel and walk the city at 4am. We have yet to receive our money back- over $1000. Not sure what this hotel thinks but they should contact us.

Great location

The staff was super friendly and reached out to arrange airport transfers before our arrival. We were located close to a main street leading to the riverwalk. The only issue was that we were able to hear loud music from a disco club into the early morning. Fantastic place other than this minor inconvenience.

The hotel was inside a store, the elevator was not working so we had to use the escalators.

Wouldn't recommend. This property is located in a mall, and after a certain time you have to use a back entrance which was pretty shady. Felt more like a prison.
Both my girlfriend and I have rashes from something being used on the bedding.
Staff was friendly and helped book a transfer to the airport which was nice.

The hotel is located on the third floor of a shopping mall with only 10 rooms and located in the heart of the city. You have to enter the shopping mall to find the hotel. We selected the Deluxe Suite, City View room that included 1 very comfy king bed, a double sofa bed, and an infant crib at a rate of only $56. We were in room no. 311. It was lovely modern room, spacious, clean, and the view of the old town was spectacular. The private bathroom was spacious, immaculate, and perfect. We had a comfy king size bed with a sofa bed that Dominic slept on. The hotel confirmed a Pack n Play would be available for our baby to sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided valuable tourist information about Split.
The main reasons we selected this hotel was because of its location to the old town, the spectacular view, and the price could not be beat. The hotel was only a 4 minute walk from the Gregory of Nin Statue, a 5 minute walk to the Diocleatian's Palace and Cathedral of Saint Dominus, a 13 minute walk to the Port of Split, and the Split Marina was only 21 minutes. Available amenities included: a coffee shop/cafe, self parking (a huge perk!), airport shuttle, 24-hour front desk, air conditioning, front desk safe, self-serve laundry, multi-lingual staff, luggage storage, and free WiFi. The rooms included free cribs (a necessity while traveling with an infant), a refrigerator, private bathroom, and free toiletries.

Thought that parking would be on site but was at an open air parking station, which was a short walk but a long drive from the accommodation and one euro per hour. Accommodation very close to old town and had a great meal at Chops and Grill nearby.

Great location, walking distance to all of Splits tourist areas, public buses, port. The staff was excellent and helpful and the hotel is spotless. Its a little difficult to find, as it is on the 3rd floor if a shopping mall, but for those with mobity issues, the elevator, which is difficult to find in Split old town, is a huge plus.

Very nice, spacious rooms in a great location next to old town, with exceptional staff.

Location is very good. No credit payment. While we stay, there was a black out in all rooms...

The room was comfortable, and the location was great. However, there was a disco bar below the hotel floor that played from 1 AM to 4 AM the nights we were there. We would not have selected this hotel if we had known.

We didn't like this place at all. Had to enter through a department store (wasn't really a hotel at all, just two levels of rooms above the department store). The people at the desk were not helpful. Had trouble getting in when we arrived, and couldn't reach the front desk by phone. No onsite restaurant or breakfast service. The staff didn't know how to operate a hotel service. Ran out of toilet paper twice during our stays.

Great location and spacious room
