We’ve stayed here before and we’re good on bed comfort but the beds this time were so uncomfortable- hard and lumpy. The vent in bathroom didn’t work and was hanging from ceiling so the bathroom was super slippery and foggy. Breakfast still inedible. There was a few people who had no drinks, code was out and no eggs or meat left. Meanwhile the person at the desk was just on their cell. Don’t know if it was the owner but she stayed in the lobby whole time infront the tv with her shoes off.

First, the hotel is approximately 30 ft from 2 lanes of I12, so lots of road noise. The room thermostat was set at 68, I called the front desk asking for instructions on changing it. The clerk first told me to use controls on unit beneath the window.
I explained that the controls were on the wall, per sign on window unit. She then told me to just unplug the unit, there is no plug. After again asking for instructions she informed me that they didn’t have a maintenance man that week, but she would see if another room was available and she would call me right back.
I suggested that if I couldn’t control the temp the problem wouldn’t be solved.
She never called back

The front desk ladies were super nice, especially the night lady. Quiet place with spacious rooms. Husband liked the shower pressure and the extra soap and samples for shampoo are great.
The mattress isn’t fully covered by anything other than the fitted sheet, which I don’t want to look and see a discolored mattress. Otherwise, temperature and comfy bed was nice.
The breakfast needs help. They had a station for waffles which we didn’t use. Dry cereal was out, but no water, no bagels though I suspect there were because one cream cheese was available. The hot water for tea wasn’t very hot at all and didn’t come out without tilting on its side. The bananas were brown and yellow and the eggs were not good looking actual eggs. We left and had to go pay for breakfast.

It's only two stories which is nice. Very clean, friendly workers. We would stay here again

We picked this hotel for a quick one night stay while passing through on vacation based on the 8.6/10 rating it gets on Hotels.com. Maybe we just got a bad room but I don’t know how it is rated that high with how rundown this place is. We wouldn’t even let our son take a shower due to fear that he might fall through the disgusting tub that was caved in towards the middle and the floor outside the tub was falling through to the point we had to avoid that part of the bathroom while walking. I have included pictures of the floor for reference. If you just need a picture lace to sleep for one night I guess it serves that purpose but just hope you don’t need a shower and beware of the floors when walking in the room. Honestly I would sleep in my car next time instead of staying here.

The property was very well kept and the room smelled very good and was very clean! Definitely a plus! The front desk clerk's appearance and customer service skills were very poor. She gave no eye contact and rambled under her breath the stay's details. Other than that my stay was a great one.

First room we had smelled and had a bug. The worker at the desk was very nice and moved us to another room without question. No bugs but the room had a smell and damp feel. It was late and we were tired or we probably would have left. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of options though.

I had reserved an accessible room, but did get that - it was super late when we arrived and I did not care to request a room swap. When we got into the room, it was frigid, the thermostat was set to 64, so we adjusted it and it took a little while for the temperature to raise to what we were comfortable with. The pillows were awkward squares, not your typical rectangular pillow, I guess they shove the stuffing in to make this neat little square pillow? It was interesting. The tub bottom had scratches and discoloration that looked like a red rusty color. We went for breakfast about 845am and when we got down there we were the only ones then more people started to show up but there was not enough waffle mix left to make any waffles, there were no bagels for the cream cheese supplied and no gravy for biscuits supplied, so I made an egg and sausage biscuit sandwich. The little interaction we had with the staff they were very polite and professional, overall the stay was fine, not great, but it was fine for the overnight trip needed on our road trip.
