overall enjoyed my stay there are some things that the facility can work on to improve, mainly the system to use to take

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in the beds comfortable.

The room was a lot smaller then pictures online depicted also there was no hot water the last day we stayed we also had issues with paying for the room in the beginning of the stay

its always a great stay quiet clean. always a good service at check in and out . very nice lady at the breakfast bar. thats why we always come back

the matresses need to be changed they are very stained, kinda gross but the covers are clean all the time. couldnt stop staring at the matress all my stay over than that very good.

Superb

The staff both at check-in and breakfast were exceptional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a glitch at check-in with the wrong room but it was handled quickly and professionally by the wonderful man working (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name in the middle of the night at check-in!) We were actually upgraded to a suite and enjoyed a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was great. This is our second stay at this property and both times were a great stop on our travels.

The breakfast was good

They staff didn't clean rooms. Our floor was not swept and trash not taken out. It was very noisy at 2 am and woke our one year old and we couldn't get a hold if any staff at front desk to help.

The breakfast was legit decent and the lady that was tending to the bar was top notch. Room was clean and tidy.

Booked 2 rooms thru booking.com with specific accommodations for a person in a wheelchair. The room with 2 queen beds that was handicap accessible was given to someone else. My mother in law was put in a suite with a handicap accessible bathroom. While that my sound like we came out on better end, it was not. It left part of our party sleeping on the floor. The suite has a bed and a pull out couch. But because of a partition wall the couch was not functional. I was traveling with seven people. 4 in one room 3 in the other. I waited hoping the management would make it right despite being the several times by the staff they would see about a discount for us.

The overwhelming smell of an illegal substance- had to switch rooms.

I’m not sure about ever going there again

We have stayed there multiple times and have alway been treated well.

Multiple requests to repair the toilet seat were ignored. It has been a good value in the past….we could have stayed other places at the same price this time.
