Booked a Superior Single Room for one night for me and my partner. Room was clean and well heated but it was a lot smaller than it looked in the photo. Regardless, we have no complaints as we expected it to be small being a business hotel in Tokyo but I would not recommend it for claustrophobes. Access is extremely convenient due to it being in the JR station itself.

The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall of the staff was very polite and accommodating. The train station is literally right in front of the hotel and the surrounding have great food choices. I will definitely come back if I ever visit Japan again

This was an excellent choice for my two nights in Tokyo. I'm not familiar with the city and this hotel is right on Shibuya railway station which meant I could easily get to Narita airport. It's also perfectly placed for a day or two of shopping, dining and local sightseeing. The staff were very good and the hotel is clean and bright. The room was small, which is to be expected in a city like Tokyo, but not too small. The amenities were very good.

This property meets the Japanese business hotel standard in its service, cleanliness, facilities, and location. The smallest room has a queen sized bed with one of its side stuck on the wall between the room and the bathroom which makes the entire room a little too small for one-two person but I think it is the Japanese common way to locate the bed in a room. I did wish for a lightly bigger room, but considering the low price, I felt like it was the best deal. The door to the bathroom had the wood pattern coating like some other walls in the room and felt well coordinated. The door was chrome from inside of the bathroom which made it look so clean and robust. It was a huge plus for me. Unlike other budget business hotels, the room had the decently sized so-called "unit-bath" that you see in regular apartments in Japan. In combination with the ground level main entrance, this hotel offers a very homy and relaxing experience as if guests live in this area. On the fourth level, there was a lounge space guests can relax and do some internet work with the public free wifi they provide. There is a complimentary coffee machine from which guests can get unlimited tiny cups of brewed coffee. The trash "shelf" underneath the coffee machine had the bin especially for the leftover drinks, in case guests cannot finish the coffee so that the trash won't be ruined to make it harder for the mandatory recycling obligation in Tokyo. I see it everywhere in Japan and I like it.

Nice spacious room. Fantastic strong shower. Excellent Location. Due to Corona buffet breakfast was stopped. I do not think the replacement choice was great, 4/10.

Very clean, great location to explore Shibuya area and also get train. Super easy to get Narita express. Paid 1000 yen to access our room an hour and half earlier than listed check in.

We stayed at the 14 floor on a queen bedroom. The room was very small and we had to be ingenious dealing with 2 big luggages and 2 duffles but considering the low price i paid during the holidays and the perfect location I would chose it again and again. Some mentioned staff doesn’t speak English but it not true. They speak very well. And yes there are construction in the area but it’s because of the Tokyo Olympics 2020. The area is amazing. Shopping and food on stereoids. Truly tokyo. I loved Shibuya more than any other districts and i have seen them all from Setagaya to Ginza and more.

The hotel was exactly as advertised. The rooms are very clean but small (even with a deluxe room). The hotel is very quiet even though it is adjacent to the train tracks (we were on the 7th floor). The service was friendly but as warned, the clerks are not fluent in English. However, we were able to check-in and out efficiently and exchange money. The location is the big attraction for this hotel. You never have to go outside to reach the Narita Express or the Tokyo Subway. Shibuya Crossing and the Shibuya Stream building are a short walk away. We did not try the hotel restaurant, but the chain coffee shop across from the front street entrance of the hotel is a fine, quick, budget breakfast option. We stayed in December 2019 and the disruptive construction in the area (mentioned in earlier reviews) was finished.
