Jardín Atacama is a gem. It is conveniently located as it is walkable to shops and options for dining. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and Roberto made our whole trip that much better by being incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for the old and young. I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again - it is simply wonderful.

Comfortable bed, remodel bathroom. Good location with excellent staff. Small clean room with wifi and no TV. Water available to refill your bottle. Loved the place!

Great location in the centre of SAN Pedro. Friendly, helpful staff. If you’re looking for upscale, big city amenities you won’t like it. But if you want to feel like you’re part of the neighborhood you will.

Reception was very helpful at check-in. Parking was available with reservation as it is limited. Very pleasant and relaxing garden area and the breakfast was very nice. Very close to restaurants and shops, but still quiet in the evening while sleeping. Safe neighborhood. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. We had several very good night's sleep. The bath was small, but worked well. The shower was hit or miss in the mornings as most guests are up and moving early. Good water pressure, limited hot water. Great location for visiting San Pedro de Atacama. Loved the architecture and decor. We would return.

We enjoyed a quiet hotel with pretty garden and airy dining room. The bedrooms were clean and well appointed. The all day drinking water and tea station was appreciated. Breakfast was fresh, with much variety. Our only disappointment was the hot water was a challenge to regulate and therefore we had to be careful as it could become too hot.

Very friendly staff, good recommendation on travel agency for tours. Great character to hotel, room filled by king size bed, flexible with bagged brekkie for days with tours although very basic. Good environmentally conscious approach

It is a hotel but felt like living at home. The breakfast room was always clean and having very good food. The courtyard has nice shade with lounge chairs to just chill anytime of day. It’s central to everything of San Pedro de Atacama. The staffs were helpful, and personable. Dani the manager and Tatiana helped us with our 3 day itinerary there and it was awesome. Must have Chilean home cook lunch in Socaire per Dani’s recommendation. It was cheap yet so delicious. The room was sparkly clean, always. Will definitely come back if having the chance

I loved this little spot! My bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, extra blankets if needed. Everything was immaculately clean, including the bathroom. Sack lunches were made available if you were leaving for a very early tour. Coffee and hot tea were always available. There is a lovely courtyard with lots of seating. The location is great, a block away from Caracoles, felt very safe. The accommodations were wonderful and the staff is truly outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful, interested in my comfort, easy-going, and above-and-beyond helpful in making plans for my time in San Pedro. Tatiana, in particular, was extremely giving of her time in making recommendations about activities and tours. Honestly, they treated me as a friend - I’m not sure what else good I could say about them. In addition to being quick to help, they are also honest, which was refreshing. Between my booking and check-in, I managed to pay for my room twice and probably would never have noticed. They alerted me to the double charge when they could have easily ignored it, and made sure to correct the charge. A model approach to customer care. 5-stars, for sure. Absolutely would stay here again.
