We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. Our only regret was that we did not stay for longer!

Stayed here for 2 nights and the was the worst hotel we ever stayed due to the bad attitude of the owner. 1. Attitude of the owner on -the bathroom toilet issues: Issue: We arrived at the hotel in the evening after a long day from Punta Arenas and they assign us room 8. the toilet bowl does not work. they mentioned they will send somebody. 30 minutes later nothing. the guy arrives after repeated follow ups and then says he cannot fix it since there is a power outage and no water. I got to the reception to change the room, Response: -the staff says he can give another room but i have to move back to this room the next day and then transfers the phone to the owner. She is so rude and says she cannot do anything since the hotel is sold out..as if she was doing us a favor for letting us stay there and we have to understand the problem. - On top of that their generator was not working. She told me that we can go and find another hotel since it is not her problem since there is a power outage and they cannot fix the toilet till it comes. Nor can she give us another room for 2 nights. We stayed back and the alternative room offered was even more gloomier. 2 Rooms: the ventilation is very poor with one window and no AC. It made me sick all the time we were in the room. Had to keep the doors and window open if we needed to breathe. There is something wrong with the air quality inside the rooms. 3. Service: awful I would highly recommend to stay away from this property.

Beautiful little oasis. Convenient to all services in town. Very helpful staff. Tasty breakfast included with stay. Highly recommend!

We left the towels scattered around, but the maid did NOT change the towels, just folded the still wet towels and put them on the bed. There was a man’s hair inside the hamburger. The reception did not tell us that the breakfast had to be booked, nor was it shown anywhere when the restaurant opens and closes. We booked an anniversary celebration online which costs 18,000 pesos and included a cake and half bottle of champagne. The reception said that she could not find the reservation. In the end we got the cake and champagne but the hotel charged us 23,000, without telling us the price in advance. They sent the cake to the room, but did not give us any utensils to eat the cake with! I had to walk back to the restaurant to get them myself. When we checked in, they told us our room was ready, but when we entered the room, there was NO curtains. Some maintenance men came in when I was showering to install the curtains. The reception gave us no prior notice at all.

Wifi coverage was patchy, dependant on how close your room was to a WiFi point. Ours had no WiFi in the room. Pool was hazy, so could do with better cleaning. Restaurant was average, quality was ok, menu average.

Nice place. Staff very helpful. Restaurant nicer than some of the ones on the main street. No television in room, but you are not going to want to stay in your room anyway. There is just so much to do in the area.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. Room rather hot as no air-con, just a fan. Good breakfast. Excellent excursions.

Quaint property in the middle of town. Great location.

Everyone at the hotel was service-oriented, helpful and hard working. The only downside was that it was too hot in the room at night. In our room, anyway, there was not a lot of cross ventilation and it was too hot for good sleeping at night.

Everything was just fine except the bed... on wheels: impossible to lock! Do not try to read with your back on the wall or having any non-sleeping activity without being rolled away in the middle of the room. Breakfast is fine but do not expect to eat light at dinner

Top notch breakfast, dinner also very good, more sophisticated menu than other places we ate in San Pedro. All that said, the quality of the rooms here varies greatly. Our first room had house music coming through the walls from a restaurant with outdoor speakers across the street -- not the hotel's fault, certainly, but not good for us. However, the hotel quickly found us another room, much larger, and though we paid a little more for it, it was totally worth it,. When another room like our original one opened up, they moved us back there. Overall the rooms are basic, with adobe walls, minimal amenities, no AC, but that wasn't an issue, it gets cool at night and each has a little outdoor area where you can sit, within the hotel's enclosed compound. For us the location, food, tours and overall look of the place made it a good stay.

Good location near by main streets. Nice reception helped in details about my requests & questions. Especially Kimal hotel provides local excursion guided tour programs including lunar valley tour by their own travel agency Kimal, which was very satisfied and enjoyed.
