Hotel itself was nice and clean. I booked a Double queen room and I got a king room. The front desk clerks would not give me the room I booked or offer me any kind of accommodations. Never have I had a hotel switch my reserved room because they are "sold out". I made this reservation over a month in advance. Would not be upset if they would of at least offered to accommodate in some way.

It started off at check in credit did not work,tried another did not work, finally after a few ties on both cards they got one to work, when I got to the room I called the credit card company and both cards were accepted as payment. In our room they had a automatic window coverings that did not work, cold showers for 2 days, coffee was missing parts and in the swimming area the hot tub was down. On the positive side the cooks greeted us every morning at breakfast and at 2am the morning we left the person on duty made 2 cups of coffee for us to take on the road.

Office staff was great, they let me check in early! The only bad was that the housekeeper knocked at my door at 8 am and opened the door waking my family up.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel Staff were all attentive to our needs. We received clean towels and the trash cans emptied daily. The first day of our stay , we noticed the floor in our room was not swept and mopped prior to our arrival. My recommendation is to purchase a vent and put it in the restrooms . After a hot shower, the restroom became a sauna. The pool was disappointing, it was cloudy and dirty. Overall, the breakfast offered a nice selection. The breakfast area needs one more toaster. Very friendly staff!

Clean room, friendly staff with breakfast in the morning. With food and shopping right up the road, we have stayed there twice. The beds are comfortable and the pull out couch allows my family of 5 to stay in one room.

The Issue was I had changed the reservation from an 8/15/24 check in to a 8/16/24 check in. Once arrived the Hyatt Hotel did not have any reservation for us. Said it never received a change from you. We got the last room available unfortunately it was a handicapped room. Not pleased you dropped the ball and we were very lucky as most rooms were booked up in town due to the event..

Normally I love Hyatt Place for the large comfortable rooms and nice amenities but this one disappointed. The rooms were not sound proof at all, the internet was down for two days and my TV stopped working temporarily the first day. The staff is very friendly and helpful but when paying $$ for amenities everything should be working. (Half of the equipment in the fitness room didn’t work either) Since I was there for business the internet situation was very frustrating. I was promised some sort of credit but never received one. Unfortunately I won’t be staying here again.

Bed did not have blanket. No extra blankets available. TV was not working. Asked for a different room. Blanket available. TV not working. Switched to another room the next morning. TV not working. Reported to maintenance staff. Was told it would be fixed by the time we returned in the evening. It was not. Asked to be contacted by the manager. Nothing happened. And, yes, they charged me the full rate. I’m looking at you HYATT!!!

The phone didn't work, so when we tried to get help with why the TV wasnt working we had to go to the front desk. The clerk there couldn't help us she said. With several other complaints she finally called her manager.

My room was changed from a 2 bed to a single bed because of some maintenance issues, which wasnt too big an issue. However the room i was put in, had 0 AC and it was unbearably hot. This caused me to sleep very little because of the heat. The front counters resolution to this issue was, ill cancel your stay but 0 refund. So i had to deal with the heat in the meantime. The pool was also out of service the whole weekend too. The front was not serving food, which they had a menu for though for some reason. The breakfast was served late. Just a terrible experience which ususally the Hyatts are a great stay for me.
