Hidden gem. Quaint little mom and pop hotel. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Customer service excellent. More like a BnB than hotel. A little hard to find but worth it. Quiet in neighborhood and walking distance to DT square, art museums and restaurants. Would stay again.

The Inn is a cozy spot conveniently located in Santa Fe NM. We had room 11 which had a private balcony and soaking tub. They tout a fireplace which we looked forward to. It is not located in the bedroom, rather an anteroom which had a single bed. It is electric with a poor flame. The queen mattress needs to be replaced , It is apparently old and very soft. The pillows were also poor. The innkeeper was very pleasant and helpful. Parking is ample and free.

Breakfast and their green Chile was delicious! Defined will come back!

It was nice good location and privacy, quiet, wonderful service...

Rooms were peaceful. The property and rooms really captured the old Santa Fe style and the neighborhood and streets were also historical! The natural landscaping and flowers thrilled me! Very friendly staff! Will recommend to everyone!

We stayed one night only but enjoy staying here. You can’t beat the location and price. The breakfast burritos were good. The employees are so nice and they are very helpful. I’m glad we stayed here

This hotel was centrally located to the rail yard, so walking around was easy. The hotel has its own parking, but it can be tricky to maneuver in. My room was spacious with a big private patio and a large bathroom. The walls are pretty thin, so if you’re a light sleeper that could be a problem.

Always enjoy coming back to the Guadalupe Inn.

The hosts were super friendly, and the room was great. Would have liked to stay longer!

Owner/manager was great. Very small hotel but the owner was amazing. Great location. Hotel is very unique

As noted service was pretty good, as were a few other parameters. The threshold step down upon entering the room was odd and could be hazardous to some. The only sitting chair was terribly uncomfortable and sitting on a bed to read or try to watch the tv was challenging and uncomfortable as well. Additionally, the wifi connection was apparently not secure, according to our protection software. After a one night stay, of the scheduled two, we decided to move on. We rated this experience the lowest for the group of four we used on our trip. Overall this was a disappointment given the price.

Great stay. Will be back. Quintessential Santa Fe and walking distance to Inconiq Cafe and town.

Property is very artsy air bnb like rustic Santa Fe. It has a unique vibe and tons of history. This was my 2nd time staying and i will stay again most likely. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Parking is tight so be prepared and try to arrive early. Great breakfast in the morning. My only negative this trip was the insomniacs above us. Ask for a ground level room if you tend to be up all night as older building have squeaky floors. I had to wear earplugs all night. Bed was very comfy though so the sleep we managed to get was good. LeAnne at the front desk was a gem and had a lovely energy! Overall wonderful stay!

Great place to stay when you want to be close to downtown and the plaza. Food, drink, shops are steps away.

Beautiful quiet property surrounded by trees. Wonderful location away from traffic. Lovely breakfast.

A great little hotel — basically like a traditional BnB — in a great neighborhood.

Very affordable for a quaint Bed and Breakfast near the downtown plaza district.

Great hotel near the plaza and Rail yard. Not as upscale as the $400 rooms but nice, comfortable, great breakfast burritos, nice outdoor patio, close to good restaurants, kind staff, parking. Will stay again!

The yard is beautiful and we had a private terrace which we enjoyed. The staff was beer friendly. The room seemed clean until I dropped something under the bed.

and easy walk to the Plaza.

This place was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, close to everything we wanted to do. Lee Ann and Allen the managers were super awesome people. Very helpful with lots of tips and knowledge of the area. Can’t wait to go back!!

LeeAnn and Allan are wonderful 10/5. They were kind, welcoming and Allan gave us lots of helpful info on Santa Fe. Ambiance was 5/5.The hotel definately needs updating - new doors, new windows are a must. Curtains in the room would be great. Was like noon at 6:30 a.m. The caulk around the tub was cracked and their were ants going in and out of the crack. The tub was a wonderful big jacuzzi tub BUT there was no drain stopper and no switch to turn it on (that we could find, we did not ask).
Bottom line - Great Ambience, Average Hotel needing renovation. Definately would stop by to say hi to Leeann and Allan if in area again>

A gem in Santa Fe. Walkable, great vibe, lovely staff. Cool traditionally-designed rooms that make you feel like you’re in a community in New Mexico, not just a hotel.

Lovely, helpful desk managers, great location, quiet, safe neighborhood, and clean, well-appointed room.

This is our second time staying at this B&B. A wonderful hostess who tries very hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is located near the city center, walking distance is 10-12 minutes. However, some things upset us. We lived on the ground level, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as the creaking of the floor upstairs, especially at night, which was very disturbing and woke us up all the time. It was also unpleasant to find hair from previous guests everywhere on the bed linen and in the bathroom. Probably next time we will stay in a regular hotel in a minimalist style.

A gem in Santa Fe, authentic experience, walk to Plaza, dining and shopping. Lee Ann (night manager) was fantastic! Loved our stay in room number 4!

Staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed the rooms, they had alot of character. The breakfast area was very cozy and welcoming.
Only thing I would ask to change would be to get some heat in the bathroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely adobe inn tucked away in the Guadalupe district of Santa Fe. Economical and with character! Each room is unique. I had #11 that featured a large claw foot tub which I took advantage of. Cozy with lots of light from windows and quiet at night. Very clean and includes a nice continental breakfast each morning. Easy walking to Railyard area and downtown. Highly recommend!
5.0
Charming southwestern decor, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, quiet, plenty of room, mini fridge and microwave. Lots of special touches. Variety of breakfast options, good coffee in ceramic cups, in a beautifully decorated, sunny dining room. Very nice and helpfull staff.
We parked the car at the Inn and walked everywhere. Short walk to The Railyard, The Plaza, several museums, St Francis of Assisi Basilica, Loretto Chapel, and numerous shopping and eating establishments.
