It was so nice staying here. Felt really safe and regarding the perfect location is Shibuya, I'm willing to stay again if I come back to Tokyo. Thank you for the kindness of the reception.

Good location, but the room doesn’t have a desk or seat which is not ideal for business trips or even vacations where you might not want to sit on your bed. The walls were quite beat up but the rest was clean. I stayed at the Tokyu Stay in the area before and I would go there as it has a laundry, balcony, and sitting area in standard rooms of similar price.

We received the only room on the 9th floor. It was the largest room we stayed in our entire time in Japan. It had a spacious balcony with a little Zen garden that overlooked the city. The front desk was very friendly and helpful as well. I can't speak for every time type, but the one we stayed in was great.

Found hair in the bed and staff was pretty nonchalant unfortunately. Very modern and youthful but unfortunately not to our liking.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the Shibuya train station and Shibuya Scramble Crossing. There are plenty of food places nearby.
We had the package with breakfast and did not regret it. Breakfast was amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of the options. Later on in the day, the restaurant serves pizza with its own homemade cheese. Delicious.
The service was very attentive, and all the staff were nice. They helped us book a taxi for our departure.
The rooms were small for American standards but decent sized for Japan. There is not a lot of space for a lot of luggage. There is a small mini fridge but it is small. You do have your own private bathroom and they provide all the basic toiletries.
Other things to note:
1. There is laundry room that you have to pay to use
2. The staff can help you store luggage in case your flight gets there early or leaves after check-in.
3. There is a money exchange on the first floor that is convenient if you need to exchange foreign currency.
4. They have umbrellas you can rent for a rainy day.
5. Check in is all via electronic kiosk that is very simple to use.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place if you are looking to stay around Shibuya.

We were fooled by the images. This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s more a fancy hostel. We stayed in a compact room, but had no idea that it would be too small to open our suitcases. The rooms and hallways seems quite worn down. The only 4 star thing about this hotel is their coffee bar and restaurant. The staff and location was very nice, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Not at that price. The most expensive of four hotels we stayed at in Japan and by far the least comfortable. The price and value does not add up.

This was a wonderful place to stay as a first time visitor to Japan. Check-in and check-out was easy, there is a lot within walking distance, the pizza place onsite is delicious, the air conditioning in the room works great, and it’s a ten minute walk to a subway station that can get you all around Tokyo quickly. Also the TVs have streaming apps on them and the WiFi is free and works great! The only minor downsides are the room was a little small and the fridge is only large enough to fit 3-4 drinks.

This place is overrated as 4 star hotel. It’s just an inn or motel. There is no “front desk” no polite service. And the towel and bed sheets are smells!! There are white finger prints on the door. Damage marks on the wall. Spending same price you can live in a hotel so much better than this. Please correct the rate of the hotel.

very close to lots of food and Shibuya station!

Spent 3 nights here with 6 people, so we had 2 rooms. The location was excellent as we were around the corner to a subway station and Miyashita park, minutes away from Scramble Crossing and Center Gai. It allowed the grown up to explore and opened up many food options.
The hotel itself was clean, had a restaurant at 1st level and a bar at ground floor. Rooms are tiny, but guess that’s expected for Tokyo… Please pack light, or you’d have a hard time fitting luggages into the room. There was complimentary sparkling water in the evening during our stay. Lobby staff was mainly young college kids, so good with English.
There was a laundry area with 3 washer/dryer combo machines. Wait time was ridiculous though, as each load took 2 hours and machines only take certain denomination of yen coins. We traveled during summer, so I had to absolutely do a load. It was until 2 am before I could use the machine…
Overall, I still recommend the hotel for all the positive aspects.

The location was perfect, with many dining options within walking distance. The train station was just around the corner, and the room was the perfect size for a comfortable stay.

This hotel is very close to many of the points of interest in Shibuya. Nearly everything is walkable (ex: Shibuya station, restaurants outside the hotel, entertainment, shopping, etc.). The rooms are fairly small from western standards, but, that aside, the rooms are nice. Staff speak a good amount of English, and Google Translate can handle the rest. The food at the location was decent.

You get what you pay for. Friendly staff. Note if you need to use laundry,be prepared to wait as it’s constantly being used by others.
Rooms are clean but small, we took the deluxe twin.
Location is good, right in Shibuya.

The hotel is near shopping, dining and transportation. Makes it convenient traveling around with 2 kids. They have coin operated washer/dryer machines, microwave and water/ice machine on another floor. Staffs were great but the room is small and the fridge is very tiny.
