An attractive looking room but it had an unnecessarily massive bath and as a consequence the room was small, with no place to put a suitcase, nor clothes.

Easy and quick check-in, cozy room on the 11th floor with a surprise view of Mt. Fuji! Amazing bathtub and complimentary bath salts made our stay extra relaxing. My partner and I wanted a more residential experience in Tokyo and Ebisu was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood that was super accessible to anywhere we wanted to go. Skip the breakfast.

A great hotel located about a mile south of the bustling Shibuya intersection and just a 5-minute walk from Ebisu Train Station. The location is ideal—quieter than the main Shibuya area but still surrounded by excellent shopping and dining options, especially at the shopping center near the train station.
We stayed in a double-bed room. While the space was small, it wasn’t cramped. The room featured a tub and walk-in shower combination with a glass wall—perfect if you don’t mind the openness (but there’s an option to block the view for privacy).
The hotel offers a modest breakfast buffet, including rice, baked chicken wings, eggs, salad, sausage, bacon, and a curry dish. Throughout the day, cakes, muffins, coffee, and juices are available, which is a nice touch.
The only downside was the occasional smell of cooking fumes from the restaurant when it was open, which could be a bit smoky. We opened the room window for ventilation when needed. That said, we spent most of our time out exploring Tokyo, so it wasn’t a major issue.
I’d recommend this hotel for solo travelers or couples. For families, you’d likely need multiple rooms due to the size. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Tokyo!

Lovely room, well appointed, helpful staff. The only hiccup is the breakfast which some days did not seem fresh but re-heated. There is an effort to provide a range of foods but not sure how the food is sourced in terms of its proximity to a kitchen. But overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

Super small rooms. Could barely fit our luggage. They would not let us check in 1-minute early. Bathroom smelled of mildew. Air conditioning could not cool room down.

Great spot in Ebisu, about 10 minute walk from train station. The staff was super nice and accommodating; we were able to store our bags both before checking in and after checking out.
The room was comfortable but a little smaller than the pictures showed on the website. The shower was really nice and it was nice sleeping in a king size bed instead of two split singles. Lots of great restaurants in the area and quick hop on the train to get to lots of other popular areas in Tokyo.

The hotel was always impeccably clean. The staff went way out of their way with accommodation and communication.

The hotel’s location was very convenient as it was only a 5 min walk to the railway station. There’s also a lot of good restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like traveling to other neighborhoods. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was delicious! Only complaint I had was I thought this hotel had a laundry room to wash clothes yourself. However, it’s part of their guest services and they charge a ridiculous amount to do your laundry. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others.

The staff was the highlight. I stayed 7 nights in the superior Hollywood twin. The in-room design was just not practical. Particularly, I did not like the sink, shower and toilet being in different rooms. There are other impracticalities too, like not enough space to lay my things out on the desk being cluttered with other things. However, it’s quite livable and the beds and toilet are stain-free and luxurious. Without that and the staff, it would have been a 2/5 for me. And also the location is pretty close to the station, just about a 8-12 min walk down. If you have heavy bags, it can be tiring going uphill towards the hotel. Other things they have: free coffee daily, paid breakfast and a small restaurant. Overall, it was not bad staying here, and I would not mind staying again. However, I would choose a different room. Thanks so much Ebisuholic for taking care of me.

The hotel smelled like beef - they have a problem with the ventilation from the downstairs restaurant and they respond to complaints with: this is not our fault.
We did get one night refund for our 6 day stay but I would definitely recommend you to check out other options in Tokyo.
This was by far our worst hotel in Japan, due to smell.
What we did like was the location and the amenities, they even have free face masks.

My room had a dark colored mold in the shower. I had difficulty breathing when I slept. I left this hotel and stayed somewhere else for the rest of my trip. Hotel staff not understanding and changed me for whole stay. Until they fix their mold issue, I would not stay here again. Also I think people might use this hotel as a love hotel. I noticed at the entrance bath salts and massage oils free of use and my room had two free water bottles.

We stayed on the 12th floor and the view was simply stunning - sunrise to sunset. The hotel provided many amenities such as good coffee in the room and lobby, breakfast, toiletries, towels, etc. It was a lovely experience!

The hotel is perfectly located near Ebisu Station and its restaurant and shopping options, yet in a relatively quiet location. Rooms and breakfast are good. If you stay here, I strongly recommend that you get the “Hollywood” room upgrade, which has large floor to ceiling and an excellent shower/bath room.
