Ou room was very comfortable and clean. But the front lobby did not feel clean or up to date.
The breakfast was very busy with not very good options.

Be warned if you think you'll bring your pup and stay here. When we arrived and went to check-in, the desk clerk presented me with a Pet Agreement to read and sign and advised me that our dog must never be left unattended in our room. I said 'what if we want to go to breakfast?' He said the dog must never be left alone.
If they had said "Dog must be crated when left alone in the room," I would have said, "Sure. That makes sense."
If they had said "If your dog disturbs other guests, you will be asked to leave," or, "You are responsible for any damage your dog causes." Sure -- all of that is fair.
BUT -- never leave your dog alone in the room? That renders the hotel stay close to pointless.
We travel with a 13 pound bichon frise/shih-tzu mix. We bring a bed and a crate. If we are going out for a few hours, we walk him, feed him and tell him to 'go to bed.' He uses his crate a lot when in a new place because the crate is comforting and familiar to him.
If the dog can never be left alone, you can't tour a tall ship, go to a museum, or have dinner inside a nice restaurant. (No Boston restaurants allow dogs inside, and we were visiting in November -- Brrr!) One night we found a restaurant with outdoor seating and heaters and had a good meal, puppy in tow. The second night we bought frozen dinners downstairs and microwaved them.
Don't plan on visiting Boston with your dog and staying here.

When we arrived (family of 6) and wanted to check in the guy in the reception said "give me a minute" and disappeared. After 10 minutes wait he returned and told us we could not have the room we booked! After another 15 minutes or so we finally were checked in to two standard rooms with a connecting door, which was better than the two completely separate rooms we were intially offerered, but still not what we booked or wanted.
Mistakes happen, but when they do I expect some kind of compensation or gesture. None of the sort was offered.
The rooms were good however and the hotel feels brand new.
Breakfast was terrible however and served on paper plates with plastic cutlery! Obviously environmental disaster to use all disposable items in such a big hotel, and sad to see such behavior in a relatively new hotel.

I had issues with my booking. The hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. Especially the manager Deleon!! He definitely deserves a raise. He was beyond helpful and a great reminder of excellent customer service and will come back to this hotel because I know of how well it’s run.

Vacation. It was close to the cruise terminal and restaurants. We walked easily to restaurants and to the cruise port just across the road.

Overall the hotel was in good condition and the location was great. The room looked & felt clean but once I opened the fridge and saw there was old food in it, it made me question how clean it really was - like clearly they don’t clean or wipe down the fridge bc if they did they would have removed the old food so that was disappointing. As for the front desk staff, they were fine, efficient but just lacking in the customer service. I wouldn’t say rude, just not friendly. For example, when I checked out she just asked for the room number & said ok you’re all set. Didn’t ask how was your stay, didn’t ask for the room key or anything.

My Husband and I were in Boston for 2 nights.
When we checked in, the staff upgraded our room. No idea why but I was very appreciative.
I like being by the water and away from crowds. The Seaport did just that.
Everything was clean, spacious, and the staff was helpful.

My friends and I stayed at the Hilton-seaport District/Boston for a concert. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hotel was close to the concert venue and restaurants downtown. We had a great time!

The rooms were clean and as pictured. The sheets though were yellowish and the sheets kept coming off the mattress(fitted sheet)probably needed to be replaced. I would have liked some kind of dining because there is not much in the area and I'm not a fan of packed refrigerated food in a cooler.
