No phone inside the room to call front desk. Took long to get the clean towels once requested. No sound proof - can hear the footsteps from the floor above. No window for ventilation. No clean smell in the room - when entered the room you can smell the moth ball. The shower booth was not clean - the walls and floor had water stains and black molds; the showerhead had water stains and was dirty.

The room is clean, spacious, and has high ceilings, which makes it feel really open. The location is perfect, too. A nice touch is the breakfast voucher, which you can use at nearby spots and the café next door. The service is friendly and attentive, and a big shoutout to PJ for being especially caring.

Pros: Great Location! Next to Taipei Main Train Station and Airline Metro. A lot of nearby shopping and dinning options. Facilities just looked like the pictures provided in Expedia. Cons: The sink in our room is way too small. Also, there is no counter space for toiletries. I would recommend the hotel can buy some bathroom stand alone shelving units from IKEA that won’t occupy too much bathroom space and providing some spaces for toiletries. Bed room size was decent but can be improved by putting some wall units for storage.

We love this Hostel; the 3rd time we have stayed there. Bunk bed room is great for children. Also, the breakfast is great!!

Dormitory room is clean! There is Japanese speaker staff! 80NT$/day Coupon for breakfast can use 6 restaurant!! If you use dormitory often, there’s no problem!

While they also have individual rooms, I stayed in a dorm room. Everything is super clean and very new. Great location near Taipei main, it was raining and I navigated through city mall underground to within 150m from their door.
