We were enthusiastic about our room when we arrived but it had its share of problems. The first challenge was the heating on the 3rd floor was near sauna level and made the room quite warm. We had to use the AC in December! It was also quite frustrating to see that the ‘blanket’ on our king bed was nothing more than a queen size dust ruffle tucked into a duvet cover. Yes, a dust ruffle! Fortunately, there was an actual blanket in the closet we made use of. And then there was the unrequested wake up of the tv coming on at 5:45 am. All of this was shared with the desk clerk in the morning and he just looked completely lost as to what to say or do. The facility looked clean, the breakfast options were good and the bed was comfortable, once we added the blanket.

Great hotel, great location. This in on the main drive right in the heart of Moab. Walking distance to a lot of food and shops. Parking was easy, two levels. Very secure with key enabled elevators. Huge room/suites!
My only disappointment was the offering of kielbasa sausage as a breakfast protein and inability of the staff to keep up with breakfast needs.
By our 2nd to last day and last day the hotel had gotten busier with families. We came down in the middle of breakfast time to find it wiped out and the staff trying their hardest to keep up.

The hotel location is right in town and close to Arches and Canyonlands. You can walk out of the hotel lobby to excellent shops and restaurants. The parking is very convenient as well. The rooms have a kitchen which we used one night for dinner and each morning to comfortably sit and eat breakfast. The customer service was excellent. They are also very accommodating to those traveling with pets. Our dog loved the hotel as well. We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Moab.

Staff was amazing, main gathering area was comfortable, breakfast was good, and location was convenient within Moab. It’s a busy highway going thru town, and we weren’t prepared for that noise thru the night. We would ask for a room on the back of the building if we stayed again. Our bed wasn’t comfortable to sleep on either, it wasn’t as firm as we like.

The room smelled like wet dogs. The room was rather expensive surprised what it smelled like. No place for a dog to go to the bathroom, yet it is dog friendly hotel? Will not stay there again

I checked in for an overnight stay. The room was really nice with all the expected amenities. I walked to some of the shops and then to a restaurant for dinner. The location was very walkable. Overall - very nice and would stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay! Beds were not comfortable but otherwise it was a great place to relax between visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. I would stay there again.

Overall, it was a good experience with the stay. The kitchen had a broken utensil and was low on supply. I asked for a replacement and they gave after two days.

Parking was limited on ground level. 2 single women did not want to be in a parking garage
We lost hot water the second night. Coldish showers after a long hike. The manager agreed to add 30,000 points to my account. That made me happy. The room was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional.

Very spacious room. Complimentary breakfast is great for fueling up before venturing to the park. The central location to the many shops and restaurants in Moab and close proximity to Arches makes this National Park experience very easy and comfortable.

Located in the downtown area so many shops were accessible via short walk. The kitchen had enough basic cooking supplies to cook some meals, making it easy to get a few groceries and save some money on takeout. Daily breakfast had lots of options. Overall a very nice place to stay.
