Guests are welcome to utilize the pool at their own discretion. Please note that all guests are responsible for their own safety while using the pool area. By using the pool, guests acknowledge and accept any associated risks. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The host assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the use of the pool. Use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.

House Rules
•Please be respectful of the neighbors. Do not disturb or use neighbor's driveway. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
•No loud noise or music past 9 PM
•Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
•Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.
•Adult supervision of children on the property at all times.
•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund.
•Check in time is 4 PM - 2 AM
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Mail / Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up.
•No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
•No Pre-Checking Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
•No Pets
•No Parking anywhere other than assigned spaces
•Checkout time is 10 AM.

No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. Only guests on the reservation are allowed to use the pool, not outside guests. Children need supervision at all times. Child safe door alarms are on each door facing the pool.

These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.

After the reservation is confirmed, we will ask you to agree to our house rules and for a government issued ID. Both are required for access to the home.
Guest access
We provide a contactless self check in through the front door with access to the entire house. There's plenty of street parking and two parking spots on the RIGHT side of the home. Please do not block sidewalk.
Other things to note
- Trash pick-up (TUESDAY morning, take out night before)
- Pool cleaning service (TUESDAY evening)
- Gardening service (WEDNESDAY morning)

Property Disclosures:
We have 4, actively recording outdoor cameras overlooking the front entrance, gate, pool area, and backhouse of the home which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room which actively monitors noise decibel levels only. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras within the home.


By accessing and using the pool located at this property, you acknowledge and assume all inherent risks associated with its use, including but not limited to injury or drowning. You agree to supervise any minors or individuals under your care while they are using the pool and to abide by all posted pool rules and safety guidelines. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and any associated parties from any liability arising from your use of the pool and agree to indemnify them against any claims or expenses. You acknowledge the necessity of obtaining adequate insurance coverage to protect yourself and your property. These terms may be modified at any time without prior notice.


- Please be mindful and respectful to our neighbors as this is an older residential area. Please note STRICT house rules. This will allow us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests.
