This beautiful 2 story home has a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin trundle beds in the 3rd bedroom. 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs while a half bath is located downstairs. Enjoy a cozy living room with large screen tv or gather together for a family game night. You will find a dedicated workspace with high speed mesh internet for remote work. The dining room table comfortably seats six. Three barstools are located at the kitchen island for additional seating. The kitchen comes with basic cooking supplies including an air fryer, toaster, waffle maker, and complimentary coffee bar. This home is located 15 minutes from Huntsville and has tons of restaurants and shopping near by.

This property is under exterior video surveillance. Any neighbor complaints or evidence of parties will result in a cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal from the property without refund. The maximum guest limit for this property is 8 people.

Please be aware; ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE PROPERTY. This is a smoke free house and to make everyone’s experience pleasant we ask that you only smoke outside and please keep the door shut when smoking outside. The property is professionally cleaned after every guest. If the cleaning company reports indoor smoking a $350 cleaning fee will be charged.

We are pet friendly. Dogs must be leashed if they are off property. Guests are responsible for their animals at all times. There is a $50 pet fee per reservation. Please clean up any animal waste from the yard (bags provided).
