You will be in awe of the amazing views from this spacious canal front home located in the beautiful Sea Isle community! This home has a water view on both sides, and contains 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and an extra bonus room with living area and 2 bunks for 6. Turf and Surf sleeps 18 total guests. This home would be the perfect place for family gatherings as well as for people who just like a lot of space to roam, relax and explore.
It is located directly across from the Sea Isle Marina allowing easy access to Galveston Bay. You will have a front row seat to the water! Don't forget your fishing gear!
The master bedroom with attached bathroom is downstairs and has its own private balcony overlooking the water.
Out back on the canal side is the perfect spot to sit, relax, fish, grill, and entertain on the oversized deck. The owner stores his boat in the slip full time (Not for guest use). Experienced boaters can tie up to the dock.

Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we ll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.
