Terra Rossa is a contemporary development that sits on a peaceful hillside, blanketed with aromatic woodland. Wake up in Terra Rossa to stunning views from a spacious terrace where you can drink in the views and your coffee before strolling to the delights of the Main Street, situated 5 minutes away, home to cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a twice weekly food market satisfying all of your needs. With a stunning local pool overlooking the lush green hills that surround the spa town and the great outdoors on your doorstep, let your adventure begin!
Nestled peacefully amongst the rolling countryside of Northern Tuscany, flanked by hills blanketed with aromatic woodland and hilltop villages, and with the Val di Lima river running through its heart, is the historic town of Bagni di Lucca - your destination.
Bagni di Lucca was once the most sought-after location in Italy, famed for its hot baths and natural springs, and coupled with its stunning surroundings, it captured the hearts of literary greats, composers and artists alike - Shelley, Byron, Puccini and Browning to name but a few. Although a somewhat quieter setting now, time stands charmingly still in the town, allowing its rich heritage to be found everywhere. It invites you to fall into a slower rhythm, to connect with glorious Tuscan life and the natural beauty on your doorstep, and to explore the same landscape as some of history’s most influential cultural figures.
Bagni di Lucca is ideally placed for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Lucca (older than Rome), Barga and The Versilian Coast, the home to the coastal resort of Viareggio and its neighbours, with all easily reachable by car or public transport.
