About this house rental
It’s all about the coastal charm of days gone by at Weekes Cottage. This home has been updated with modern amenities but has maintained the true beach cottage charm. The guest’s favorite is the rocking chair front porch and screened in porch, just ideal spot to unwind. The beach is just a couple of blocks away as well as the village. So, biking or renting a golf cart to get around is made easy. Stay once and you will be back again and again.

THE SPACE
Enter at the rocking chair front porch into the family room with TV, opens to the dining room (seats 8 and 4 barstools), flow into the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table for two, single serve and drip coffee maker. Screened in porch can be accessed from front porch or second bedroom with queen.

Bedroom 2 – Queen (sleeps 2), TV, and access to screened in porch
Bathroom 1 – Hall, shared, Clawfoot tub with handheld shower

Parking for 4-cars and a golf cart. No street Parking.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
