About this apartment rental
Come and enjoy the principality of Monaco in this pretty 40 m2 apartment in a recent residence with elevator a stone's throw from Monaco. This modern and renovated apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and will be an excellent base for your stay in the principality where you can go on foot. Not far from amenities, you will still be in a residential area a little set back from the main roads. A terrace not overlooked also awaits you.Parking available from 08.01 to 30.09
The entire We Care Conciergerie team is there to help you during your stay. They are available Online every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m
Central district of Beausoleil where you will find all the amenities: supermarket, hairdresser, small restaurant... even if the apartment is a little set back from the main roads.
You will have the train station 10 minutes walk away
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment.
Please note that the apartment does not have a parking lot and it is rather difficult to park on the street. Therefore you will need to provide parking in Monaco, if you come by car which will cost you around €20/day. An open and paid car park in France is also accessible 2 streets above, generally for a price of €10/day.
The train station is, however, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
You will love this apartment for its position close to Monaco if you come on foot.

The apartment consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, which is separated from the living room by an island which will allow you to take your meals.
A pretty living room with a convertible sofa if you come with 4, TV and Wifi
A furnished terrace which overlooks the street, it is not overlooked and you can have your meals there for 2 or 4 on the large garden table. On this terrace you will also find a dryer in a corner, in addition to the washing machine which is inside the apartment.

a bedroom with a 160cm bed and storage
To get around you have to go down to the Principality of Monaco which is a few minutes away and which benefits from an important bus network whether to go to the Principality or to go to the surrounding towns of Nice and Menton.
The train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment and will take you to the surrounding towns including Nice and Menton but also to Italy or to Nice airport.
The drive from the airport is approximately 37 minutes
There is no private parking available with the apartment. You can park in secure car parks around the Principality of Monaco or in an open car park two streets above in Beausoleil
- The apartment is in a residential area which is quiet at night and on weekends, however during the day there is a car garage below the building which can sometimes be noisy
Sheets and towels are provided to you during your stay as well as an arrival kit to help you start your stay. In this Kit you will find: 2 rolls of toilet paper, and small soaps and shampoo
The cleaning fee you pay includes cleaning and rental of linens and towels.
