The primary bedroom on the bottom floor boasts a king bed with an attached bath featuring a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers a king bed, the third bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the fourth bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a full bed, perfect for kids. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the living room on the bottom floor.
The Summer Salt community is a true gem, featuring a large zero-entry pool, a fire pit for relaxation, and convenient on-site bathrooms for your comfort.
Conveniently located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, Lot 16 is a short 15-minute walk or 3-minute ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area, where parking is available for a fee. The pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short distance away, offering the perfect beach getaway. Additionally, the Gulf State Park with its 25 miles of trails is a paradise for biking, running, and walking enthusiasts.

* Garbage: Twice a week pickup on Tuesdays & Thursdays ***Carts should be out the night before or by 6 a.m. the day of service***
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
