- Bath Two in the living room: Full bath with bathtub and shower.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom Three: queen bed, two nightstands and table lamps, ceiling light and fans.
- Bedroom Four: queen bed, two nightstands and table lamps, ceiling light and fans, Mountain View.
- Bedroom Five: queen bed, two nightstands and table lamps, ceiling light and fans.
- Bedroom Six: Private entrance from backyard, queen bed, walk-in closet.
- Bath Three: Full bath with bathtub and shower.
Supplies we provide for each stay are listed as below, if you need more please bring yourself.
- Bed sheets and blankets are 6 sets, one for each bedroom, one in the storage under the couch.
- Bath towels are 2 for each guest.
- Hand soap * 4 (one for each bath, one on kitchen sink)
- Toilet paper * 20 (five for each bath, five for living room)
- Shampoo *3 (one for each bath)
- Conditioner *3 (one for each bath)
- Body wash *3 (one for each bath)
- Small Trash bag for bath *3 (one roll for each bath)
- Dish detergent liquid *1 (one on kitchen sink)
- Dish washer detergent *1 bottle (one under kitchen sink)
- Scouring Pad *1 (one on kitchen sink)
- Paper towel * 4
- Laundry detergent *1 bottle
- Large Trash bag for kitchen *1 (one roll under kitchen sink)
- Gas propane tank 1 bottle 5 Gallon (for BBQ in the backyard)

1. Packages will be delivered to the house door such as Amazon orders. Mailbox is not available, so guests cannot receive mail and small packages delivered by USPS.
2. For long-term stays lasting more than 30 days, we will request additional documents such as a photo ID, employer verification, insurance claim approval or background check, etc., to verify the purpose of your stay. Reservation will be canceled for unqualified renters. And we will send you monthly utility bills and request reimbursement for water and electricity fees.
3. Guest can use the whole house and yards except the following areas are NOT accessible:
- Locked storage understairs for cleaner use.
