We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. Although it was in the center of a bustling downtown area it was set back enough that the sounds of the streets were undetectable. The apartment was very roomy with lots of space for all your luggage. We even had a small kitchenette. Breakfast was included in the price at a nearby cafe. It was simple but good. I would definitely return and encourage others to check it out.

Amazing place. Ideal location. Large rooms located in an ancien palace. Staff is great and very helpful.

Excellent service and location, only downside was the faint drain smell from lack of drain smell traps, and the strong artificial scent used to try to cover it.
That said, it seems that drain smell traps aren't common in the region (another hotel in a nearby town had the same problem), and I have a very sensitive nose

Our room was both fabulous and a splurge,
The place was located in the heart of Palermo, which is great from the standpoint of seeing the sights, restaurants and stores, but not great from the standpoint of driving, With help from the manager of the facility, we parked 3 short blocks away and chose to walk to the hotel (the manager offered several times to assist us but we passed on his offer).
He greeted us at the front door of the large building where our rooms were located and signed us in. He took a nice amount of time marking up a map with various interesting sights and showed us to our room, which as the largest, nicest and most expensive of the 7 hotels we stayed in during our stay in Italy (mostly in Sicily). The room was nicely furnished with a fridge, cooktop, pots, pans had we elected to prepare lunch or dinner. The bed, linens and bathroom set-up were all very nice. The room's only window looked out on an internal courtyard, and allowed us to enjoy fresh air.
Like many of the hotels we stayed in, the television options did not include English language programming, so no BBC or CNN,
Internet service was fine, with very few downti
Breakfast was provided at a nice little restaurant a short walk from the building where we stayed.
In summary, the facility is limited based on its size (just a few rooms, no restaurant, no bar, no 24 hour on-site staff),and location (in an area restricted from driving), but the manager made himself available if we needed anything

Absolutely lovely property. Do not hesitate to book here if it’s available, Gianluca met us at the door, ready to carry our bags, provided maps and descriptions of the many things to do in Palermo. The location is perfect, the property, beautiful, everything you could want from a stay in Palero.

The manager called me on my way to the property to see if I needed any assistance. Check in was simple and fast. The manager also made sure he gave me recommendations of areas/attractions to see. Really excellent property and terrific manager. Will recommend to my friends...
