This proterty has no parking. So makes things that much more difficult. Their is an expensive (£15.50 perday) camera controled parking station at a near by pub, an easy 5 min walk. Apartment was functional, but it's overall condition is poor. The pics do not reflect the poor state. Carpets are thread bear in a few places, kitchen utensils are minimal and not in good shape ( spatula was melted in parts, the pan is out of shape, and some of the pots have nasty rust stains, the shower screen leaked every time and the sealant had seen significantly better days). Plus their is no bowel for salads or even a serving plate.
The company who seem tobe managing the place do respomd in a timely manner but did not address any of these issues when raised. Although they did come to repair the broken toilet seat the same day. Over all it's ok if you can bring yr own kitchen items ( as we did), but still it was not worth the £700+ 5 night value. Additionally: I stayed in June (2021) and was told the carpets would be replaced after mystay.... my second stay in July, I was again told, sorry we havent changed the carpets....I would not stay again. Twice was engough and this was because i had to stay for my job.

The property is a bit smaller than the photos suggest, but we had 5 people stay very comfortably for two weeks. The Headington Shops are only a block away, which allows for easy access to coffee, food, grocers, and much more. The city centre is a manageable 30 minute walk, or there are several bus stops very nearby. Great facilities. A laundry machine meant we didn’t have to pay money to get our clothes washed (use the ‘jeans’ setting for optimal dryness), and the kitchen—equipped with stove and microwave—meant we didn’t have to spend money to eat out every night. TV is equipped with a Netflix app and dozens of cable channels, so there is opportunity to relax and unwind at the end of a workday. The hospital right next door gave us peace of mind, just in case. And there is a decent backyard for the kids to play around.

The apartment was not easy to locate, but very close to shops and John Radcliffe Hospital. The place was not well cleaned upon our arrival, but they were responsive and tried to solve the problem. The access to the apartment is not that easy or convenient with luggage due to steep stairs to the unit.
