Room was not clean, we found 1 false eyelash in the drawer, dirty chair, etc. Air did not work well, bed was uncomfortable. Staff were nice.

No heat in the room, it was 70 when we arrived, but the door was not sealed properly and cold was coming right in the room form outside, and the bed was 3 feet away from the door, there was a broken down truck literally 2 feet away from the outside door, hard top bring in our luggage. When I asked the front desk if the heat was on since I turned up the heat but nothing happened , I was told it would take 20-30 minutes for the heat to start, we woke up the next morning and it was 66 in the room, heat never turned on, they control it form inside. Run down hotel, the remodeled the washroom, but it was not great. Not that I expected much form a $100 room, but we only needed a place to crash for like 10 hours. Never again, I'll pay the extra $150 to stay at the holiday in.

A fine place to rest our heads. Nothing fancy. Super simple breakfast options.

There was no housekeeping when I asked for it, front desk staff we only provide housekeeping if you stay more than 3 days on our hotel. We spent two nights there second day we used same towels.
I asked her did your manager agree for this?
She said manager knows it.

The plugs in the room were broken and ripped out. They advertise that breakfast is included but it’s just a stale muffin. Poor condition and not clean. They’re not welcoming at all.

Reception guy wa rude and unprofessional
Water leak from 4th floor drop on Window AC in our room, that make a lot of noise,
The guy on the reception desk said i can't do anything since you used the room, i had to argue on him and get really upset before he changed the room
The AC is loud in all room ( old window AC) and doesn't cool well
Breakfast area is so small like a 1 bar desk, i didn't even think to try it

This was probably the worst hotel I have ever slept in. For $245, I expected it to be a little better. The room was dirty, beds not made, bathroom fan not working, smelled like smoke, couldn’t open the window because there was no screen.

I paid for three nights but the hotel had overbooked the third night so I had to change hotels.
The Chebucto Inn was much nicer and safer as there were no electric wires going everywhere throughout the room.

As I entered the room, I could smell cigarette smoke. The bed looked unmade With a lot of wrinkles on it, the washroom door handle was backwards, paint was flaking from the ceiling in the bathroom, TV was a 17 inch TV. Your star rating on this property should be at two star.

Expedia called me as we were driving to Halifax to tell us the Seasons Inn contacted them to say they had overbooked. They provided us a room at another property they manage. The Chebucto Inn. I believe we were given a room that wasn't meant to rent. Smell was horrendous...we could not stay. We drove back to Moncton. Extremely disappointing and upsetting experience.

As we drove up, a swarm of cop vehicles parked outside a room, blocking the entrance. Guy outside thought it was a prostitute that oded and died. Manager was at front desk and said it was a "medical emergency ". Why so many cops then?
We were charged an extra $200 in case of damages. Outside of room was completely rundown looking. Inside, the dresser was busted up from back to front, exposed electrical wires, my feet were black from how dirty the floors were, walls were bare except one picture. I took pictures of it all because I didn't want to get falsely charged.
It was located directly next to high traffic roads and the interstate. It was NOT worth the exorbitant price that they charged! We ended up canceling our trip and left the next day.

The room was clean and quiet with a convenient microwave and mini fridge. A squeaky bathroom door, rattling bathroom fan, and loud A/C unit were annoying. The bathroom needs a shelf for toiletries.

We had the unfortunate experience of spending two nights at this “hotel.”
First of all, upon checking in, we were informed that the elevator had been broken, so we had to carry our luggage up three floors to our room. The doors do not seem secure at all. Once walking in, we were greeted with a foul smell of sewage and substandard cleanliness in the room. We couldn’t believe the conditions of the room considering the price we paid ($244 for two nights).
Next, what was advertised as a free breakfast turned out to be free slices of bread and bagels with some juice boxes. As a bagel enthusiast, I would’ve enjoyed my bagel, but the cream cheese packets that clearly state “please keep refrigerated” were seemingly left out for days, if not months. I wouldn’t recommend eating the food here. To top off our horrible experience here, we did not receive room service or fresh towels.
This was an incredibly misleading experience and we will not be staying here again. If you’re planning to visit this “hotel”, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE!
It’s criminal to charge these prices for this quality of accommodation. We’d have been better off sleeping in our cars.
