Muy sucio y desagradable
La cama era cómoda y muy grande, en la habitación había microondas y nevera. La climatización funcionaba muy bien y era muy rápida. El personal de la recepción era muy amable y comprensivo. Está muy cerca del metro con facilidad para llegar a JFK y Manhattan.
La limpieza era horrible. Las áreas comunes, ascensor y pasillos estaban sucios y con basura. La limpieza de la habitación era insuficiente, si que cambiaban las toallas a diario, pero tanto suelo, baño y ventanas estaban siempre sucios, además se olvidaron de limpiar la habitación un día y cuando lo pedimos ya no era posible que viniera nadie a limpiar. La peor parte es que aún sin limpiar la habitación nos ponían cada día el sobre pidiendo propina. El barrio no es recomendable de noche, es oscuro y poco agradable.

Accoglienza e disponibilità, vicinanza alla stazione Jamaica. Letto comodissimo e stanza ampia.
Il quartiere e la strada sono molto sporchi. Il bagno in camera era un po' sporco... :(

La ubicación fue buena, aunque los alrededores son sucios, no responsabilidad del hotel, sino más bien una característica general de NY. Proceso de checkin y checkout rápido y correcto.
Uno de los días que hicieron el cuarto no tendieron la cama y tampoco cambiaron una toalla, solo la quitaron. No recargaron café en la recepción durante la mañana temprano. Las ventanas no son herméticas al ruido, en la mañana fue un tanto ruidosa la zona.

If you're new to the city, not the location to stay. Bit sketchy location, with dirty streets.
Clean rooms, new building helps. Sadly I had to move room at midnight as the AC did not work and it was too hot to sleep. This should be checked before putting guests in the rooms.
The sloppy workmanship, awful paint job. Several areas where holes were filled but no smooth/sanded - they just paint over the area.
