Surrounding the property are mature gardens, a wildflower meadow, and thriving orchards, adding to the idyllic setting of this countryside sanctuary.Downstairs, you'll enjoy the blend of elegance in the furnishing and the authenticity of the original building. Featuring a sitting room, snug, formal dining room, and a charming country-style kitchen, the house is perfect for accommodating large groups, with each room offering ample space for gathering and relaxation. The kitchen includes a large dining table and is well-equipped to cater to those looking to celebrate special occasions in style. For those seeking outdoor entertainment, the owners are open to requests for marquees to be erected in the expansive garden, providing the perfect setting for memorable events and festivities amidst the picturesque surroundings of Cutbush Farm House.
Continuing onto the first floor, you find three fabulous bedrooms await, each with it's own charming character. All have been prepared with fine, while linens, ensuring a peaceful night of rest can be enjoyed in this rural retreat. Three bathrooms serve the bedrooms, one of which is en suite.
Outside, the mature garden creates a wonderfully calm and verdant setting in which to enjoy the rural nature of the property. With planting that includes Old English Roses, Wisteria and example of Prunus species, this is a true representation of an old English country garden. There is also an area for outside dining that is easily accessible from the kitchen. To the front of the farmhouse you have ample off-road parking.
