The roads in the area are clear, and the beauty of the surrounding mountains is here to offer a peaceful space for reflection and rejuvenation during this challenging time.

✨ We invite you to our Home on Pine Hill, nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway in Asheville, NC. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with stunning views is just 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 10 minutes from Black Mountain. The entire house is yours to enjoy and can sleep up to 10 people.

✨ Escape to the secluded mountain top and experience luxury and comfort at our newly built, modern mountain home. With natural wood detailing and a sleek aesthetic, this home is designed to provide the ultimate in relaxation and tranquility. Wake up to the stunning views of the Swannanoa Valley as you sip on a fresh cup of coffee on the deck, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

✨ The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a Ninja coffee maker, gas stove, extra-large smart refrigerator, and dishwasher, is the perfect place to create delicious meals for your family. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar or in the sun-drenched dining area. The main floor living area, with its vaulted ceilings and numerous windows, allows for plenty of natural light and breathtaking views.

✨ Relax in comfort with ceiling fans throughout the home and beautiful hardwood floors accentuated by area rugs. Sink into the comfortable couches, soft pillows, and cozy blankets in the main and lower floor living areas, where you can enjoy the indoor fireplaces and streaming services on 75” and 65” 4K smart TVs. Wifi is available for your convenience as well.

✨ Retreat to one of the bedrooms for a good night's sleep, each with views of the woods and fully stocked with extra towels and linens. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, perfect for a cozy Sunday brunch, and the master bath is a luxurious mix of stone, tile, and granite featuring an open shower design with ceiling and wall sprayers, and a large soaking tub lit by miniature lights above. And there is plenty of closet space for your stay. The guest bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and bathrooms are equally as inviting.

✨ If you need extra sleeping space, the couches in the lower living area will sleep four people. A laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

✨ End your day with a glass of wine from one of the local wineries, at the outdoor dining area on the deck. There is a combination charcoal and gas grill, as well as a smoker for your culinary delight. Finish your evening off around the fire pit out back with a custom hot chocolate from the hot chocolate bar downstairs.

✨ Nestled among the trees, this home offers a secluded retreat with a touch of neighborhood charm. There are two neighboring houses that are visible form the deck.

✨ Keep in mind that there is a steep but short incline to reach the house. Cars towing things may have trouble getting up and down the hill. We'll make sure the path is clear and we provide a shovel and salt in case of snow.

✨ Since we are surrounded by woods, there are bears in the area. They come out during the day and night looking for something to eat. Make sure you keep your cars locked!

✨ Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans change. However, if you need to cancel your stay with less than a week's notice, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to ensure a full refund. Don't let unexpected circumstances ruin your vacation plans!

✨We don't provide firewood for the fire pit out back. You can purchase some at the Ingles and Ace Hardware 5 minutes away.
