Wonderful mountain home with great views of the mountains. Particularity enjoyed sitting out on the terraces. Thank you Juliet VRBO!

What a dream! This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was perfect for our group of girlfriends visiting the area for the first time. There was space to be together and enough space to have some alone time if needed. Very clean and well equipped with pretty much everything you would need. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit with this group for sure. Thank you for such a memorable time :)

This was the perfect place to stay for our bachelorette weekend! There was plenty of space for our group of 11, and we absolutely loved the porch and hot tub with gorgeous mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, a blender, and lots of herbs for cooking. They even had some sunscreen and bug spray available in the garage.
We were happy to be in the mountains, and we made the short drive over to Lookout Mountain for a great hike nearby. It's an easy 30 minute drive to the airport and 20 minutes to Asheville. We had no trouble taking Ubers/Lyfts from downtown Asheville back to the house at night. However, if you're trying to get a ride into town, I'd recommend scheduling those in advance.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay with a very smooth check in and check out process! We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our multi-family spring break trip. The home gave us plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We would recommend to anyone and would stay again if the opportunity presents itself. The managing company did a great job with the check in process as well as with taking care of the trash service on trash day and the routine hot tub cleaning/maintenance during our stay. It had no impact on the stay.

Anyone concerned about your personal ID and information should be VERY WEARY OF AVANTSTAY. They make you upload a government ID and then they proceeded to force you to scan your face for biometrics (similar to iPhone Facetime). I would have cancelled my reservation on this fact alone, but when I asked about cancelling I was simply told it was not possible since the uploading takes place closer to the reservation date. I even asked them for consideration on this issue and got a really crappy response of "too bad". I WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS GROUP AGAIN since I value my personal information. I'm very upset and their response was lackluster and cold at best. Too bad since the property was nice, but unfortunately big corporations like Avantstay don't care about individuals, their privacy, or their concerns.

the house was nice but as a person using a walker it was difficult. no railing on the front steps- dangerous on a slippery, snowy weekend. no grab bars in the bathroom. sleeping configuration was difficult for our family, but the first floor master was great for my needs. view was great but driveway-- YIKES !!

Our children and grandchildren joined us for a fun fall weekend ! We loved this house! It was very roomy and plenty of rooms for everyone. We enjoyed the media room especially at night for movies. The kitchen is well equipped . Our only disappointment was not being able to use the fire pit due to the burn ban that was happening due to wild fires. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family’s Girls Trip. We had a total of 7 in our group and there was plenty of room. The locations was perfect for our visit to Biltmore, downtown Asheville, and hiking in Black Mountain. View was beautiful from the deck!

The house was well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed the porch with the incredible views and the use of garage. The hot tub was great too!
Overall, great area, house and experience. Avanstay made us feel welcome and communication with them was promptly answered.

The home is well decorated with plenty of rooms for our large family gathering. The kitchen has a table that seats 8 + 3 bar stools. There were plenty of dishes, pans & utensils for cooking. Soaps, shampoos & TP, trash can liners were plenty too. The large pantry includes a washer & dryer. A previous review said the pillows weren’t comfortable. That has been corrected. However, most of the beds were uncomfortable. The living room has uncomfortable couch and 2 small rockers with TV mounted way too high on the mantle. The outdoor furniture was also less than comfortable. The hot tub & fire pit were very enjoyable. Avant Stay folks are very helpful when we had several requests.

The house was beautiful and well-stocked. The location was close to Asheville and the cute town of Black Mountain. We especially love that there was room for all the teens to spread out but still areas where we can all gather together.

Great location! 10 minutes from Black Mountain and 20 minutes from downtown Asheville. Grocery store is 5 minutes away. Lovely mountain views.
The management team is excellent. I reached out with a few questions/issues and they replied immediately, no matter the time.
The house was big and clean. TVs everywhere and lots of space. Decent wifi. It needs a whole house water filtration system - the water smells like iron while showering and stains the toilets.
A few things were broken - master bedroom deck fan, ice maker, one of the two grills. Nothing major but the house could use some attention.
We had 7 people and there were only 9 plates so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal. There was one pot holder and two dish rags. Be prepared to bring everything you need to cook including foil, plastic bags, veg oil, etc.
We so appreciated that we could bring our dog, but wished there was a convenient area near the house to let her out.
Small cars be warned of the driveway. It is steep.
Saw a few bears on our local walks - a bear bell or even just a warning note would’ve been helpful.
Hot tub was great! Bed pillows were not!
Our biggest complaint is that the house felt sterile. No extra touches like brochures about local events, maps, puzzles, menus, tissues, more than one throw blanket, etc.
All in all, the house was fine, but for the price point, it lacked some helpful, useful, and homey things that we have appreciated in other VRBOs.

We enjoyed our time at the property. AvantStay did a great job getting everything set up for our friends. The communication was solid with the support team as well when I had issues with the check-in instructions and receiving them. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you want close access to downtown Asheville AND looking for a cozy getaway in the mountains. The views off the patio were fantastic. Two huge porches, hot tub, and fire pit were solid additions. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed as well, including a nice spice rack. No brainer for people to book this property through AvantStay!

The was perfect for our family a four and our friends family of five! We had 5 kids under 6 and it was great space for all of us. Also a fantastic location in between Black Mountain and Asheville! We intend to stay here again!

Nice property with good views. Hot tub was awesome. Lots of space for everyone - three living rooms were especially nice. Good for kids.
Property could use a bit of updating for price point (walls painted and updated bathrooms).

The house was very nice, and we were actually surprised with many little things that were similar to what we have at home. We only used as small portion of the home since it was just my husband and I, but the home would be perfect for 2-3 families or a larger family gathering. Nice welcome based on arrival. Beautiful views, only 15-20 minutes from Asheville and 10min from Black Mountain. Nice garage with ability to park our car and store our bikes. Only complaint is that the bed pillows were to firm and overstuffed for me and there was no alternatives.
