Windansea Beach was an easy walk away. Sunsets from the beach were beautiful, making us want to move from the east coast to the west coast. We rented both parts (311 and 313) and found that we actually preferred the back smaller apartment (less cleaning/more efficient space). The spiral staircase to the roof offered ocean views and a nice space to eat lunch outside. The company that manages the property communicated before, during and at the end of our stay.
Just a couple things caught our attention. The door code wasn’t sent to us; we had to request it once we were told the space was ready for our arrival. The spiral staircase to the roof had a loose board and was slippery (railing and stairs), worse in the morning and evening. Might be good to notify people before climbing up (mother in law had a hard time coming down stairs). Dark countertop in main kitchen was consistently dirty looking, couldn’t find a good way to wipe it down. Exit instructions were a lot considering the price we paid for cleaning fee.
