Summary:
A spacious 4 bedroom detached family home with Garden and separate outdoor office space with off road parking! Perfect for exploring Cambridge/London and the surrounding areas.
Close to Duxford Air Museum, Cambridge Assessment and a few miles from the Welcome Sangar Institute and Babraham campus. The rail station (10 min walk) has direct links to London (1 hr) and Cambridge (8 min). On the edge of picturesque Whittlesford surrounded by stunning country walks, rivers, the village shop and post office, the Tickell Arms restaurant and pub and the village green are a short walk away.
The Space:
Downstairs hosts a kitchen/dining area with a small island looking onto the garden. There is a good sized living room, downstairs bathroom and utility room. Upstairs has a master bedroom with ensuite, two double bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with a single bed and pull out single bed underneath. There is also a family bathroom upstairs. In the garden there is a purpose built office with large desk and sofa, perfect for commuters with families who need separate space as their office.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire property. There is a private driveway parking for two cars. The house is close to the station (lots of restricted parking) and ideal for commuters or those wishing for a countryside break with the option to explore London or Cambridge.

Situated in the idyllic village of Whittlesford which is located in the Cambridgeshire countryside, but just a stones throw from Whittlesford Train Station taking you directly to London Liverpool Street or central Cambridge. The property is also located close to the M11 making it perfect for commuters and those wishing to explore the Duxford Imperial War Museum (3 minute Drive).
Only a 15 minute drive or 10 minute train-ride into Cambridge city centre, making it the perfect base to explore the array of restaurants, bars, shops and museums Cambridge has to offer! Indulge punting down the River Cam taking in the serene scenery whilst devouring strawberries and cream and perhaps a glass of champagne or two?
Well sought after and popular village surrounded by walks, cycle paths, pubs and cafes. Two minute drive to the M11 so easy access for Addenbrookes and all science parks.
If you're looking for memorable animal encounters, the place is just 17 minutes away from Shepreth Wildlife Park and Linton Zoo.
