Nice clean room. New space. Convenient to travel to locations in the city. Food options within distance. Close to public trans

Relatively cheap compared to other options but it could be so much better if it was cleaner and there were basic stuff as a hairdryer and some hangers. There is no place to hang your jacket or store your clothes. The coverlet is not cleaned between the guests. If noise is bothering you, you should consider another place because you can hear the train passing by.

Key cards had the be rekeyed each day. No hot water. Loud train. Wall paper peeling. No closet or iron. Shower had no soap and when asked to refill they couldn’t figure it out so just left the soap dispenser. Way too much money for the state of the room and the elevator was broken one evening.

It's not a hotel, it's a motel with no closets to put your belongings. Couldn't use the microwave due to a flood in the lounge which had a sewage smell. Staff tried to accommodate but was overwhelmed.

The elevator did not work and we were on the fourth floor. The second day our room key didn’t work and we had to walk down four flights of stairs to get it fixed. The building and room smelled of marijuana the whole time. There were no hooks in the bathroom or shelving to put things.

When I arrive with a carry-on in a bag, the elevator wasn’t working he told me to go down the stairs for after that going up to flat stairs he did not offer to help me
The hotel was smelling, not fresh, I am not sure what was it, but I opened the window
I was there for two days. They didn’t do my bed, or replace the towel
Not really friendly

We loved our stay here! This is a very no-frills hotel, as in no coffee maker, no hair dryer, but the bed was super comfy, the space is clean and the staff are great!!
As per some of the comments the parking is incredibly limited, maybe fewer than 8 spaces available. Also the people who say it’s in an unsafe area are ignorant, this is a city not your boring suburban neighborhood. Tons of food and drink options super close, multiple trains to get into the city our out to Long Island.
If you’re looking for a four seasons look elsewhere. If you realize this hotel is cheaper than the others because it’s just a clean bed then this is your spot.
*side note our room had a cigarette smell that lingered for a while, I believe this must have been from who stayed in the room or on the floor before us because it dissipated as our stay went on.

Room was facing long island railroad so constantly heard trains passing by disrupting my sleep

First of all- it looked kind of nice but could tell something was off. The elevator was broken and had to use the stairs, a hotel room door was kicked in, not all the hotel lights were working and the bed was so dirty! It was tucked in like it was made but there was so much hair in the sheets and stained. And to top it off it was so loud with the doors slamming shut all night and the street and train going by at all times.

Our stay was okay. Very small rooms, not very clean, poor mattress, torn bedding, and no fitted sheets. Smelled smoke in the elevator and halls. Free parking is an extra perk.

I stayed one night and that was longer than i should have. The hotel reeked of weed, the batbroom was dirty, the light above the bed would not turn off. I had 2 rooms on the same floor. The manager kumar said he would give me a full refund but that hasnt happened. If you stay here youre better off sleeping in your car!

Don’t usually write reviews but had to write about the lovely experience I had with the mirage hotel. Newly renovated last month, clean rooms, young friendly and helpful staff and great location on Atlantic avenue to branch off into BK and find any degree of fun.
One thing that could be slightly improved is the rooms are updated but yes they are small and don’t really have any place to store your wardrobe. Perhaps they can consider a small wall hanging wardrobe or fold down desk with drawers.

The room was not fully clean (floor was sticky) but the bed & bathroom were tidy. I asked that someone come clean the floor but they never did. When I left the room for the day & returned, there had been no maid service. The train rumbles by every 20 minutes or so much of the day & night which is extremely loud. The front desk staff was very kind & helpful, but I had to cut my trip short from 6 nights to one night & I was given zero refund which is absurd.

The hotel is on a train track. It’s so noisy. I wasn’t able to sleep at all. Do not go to this hotel.

Honestly, i was so skeptical about this booking based on the limited information and reviews. It made it difficult to know if they were real or bots.
My BF and i went in town for 20 hours after a long flight to eat and rest before our drive back to Virginia. This place was GREAT! My room was new, clean and served its purpose! Bed was comfortable, noise was expected as it is on the line. If it bothers you, play youtube on the TV and drown it out. Best of all, this place was an AMAZING price. Staff was nice, soft spoken and respectful. They will thrive very soon. This place isnt luxury, its convenient and i appreciated not paying 500+ for the night. And they accommodated parking as much as they could for such a small space!
I took off 1 star because it would be nice to have luggage holders to stand our luggage on as there isnt a closet or furniture. So theybwere on the floor. Another suggestion is to add a small shelf in the shower to hold our toiletries like face wash, soap or shampoo.
If youre looking to enjoy a night in Brooklyn and come to a great place to sleep and get ready to hit the town. This is it!! Best of luck to this place

Not great, not terrible, but good enough. This is a “new hotel” but based on some of the wear and tear it seems some corners were cut. There was an issue with the key cards the first couple days which meant I had to be let into my room every time. When I arrived there was no mention or explanation of this, I had to ask multiple times what the deal was. The room was clean enough but I did find my room was not cleaned, nor towels refreshed, at any point in time during my multi-day visit. Lastly, the LIRR is right next to the building so you will hear it. Again, good enough for a value stay but plenty of areas to improve.

Stay was convenient for me, I didn’t have any problems!

The hotel staff was professional and friendly. I had a special request and they went above and beyond to comply with my request. I definitely will stay there again and highly recommend this hotel. The only thing the have to work on is having key cards for the rooms.

Parking was so small and getting there is a challenge to maneuver. They don’t have room keys. You always have to ask somebody in the lobby to come and open our room in order to get in once we go out. The room has still incomplete furnitures. No closet, no dresser with drawers, only small table and small TV. I think the hotel should not be ready to open but they decide to open early despite the fact that they don’t have room keys and the rooms are not completely furnished yet. Am just glad we checked in late at check out as early as 6 Am. Th

Hotel is brand new so it is super clean and staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable, though room had no closet or ample flat space to place luggage for three people. Things to know: located right across from train tracts so if a light sleeper may be an issue(we slept fine); there is extremely limited parking and larger vehicles may not be able to park on the property due to tight driveway; very convenient as subway is only two blocks away.

The place is nice and clean, but the only issue I had to spend the rest of the night thirsty because my water was done I couldn’t go outside to purchase more.
Otherwise i spent the best night there

Check in was quick and room was well maintained.
