About this apartment rental

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse unit with a private terrace, thoughtfully designed for your short weekend getaway or extended stay.

The space - Casa Tuya, meaning "your house" in Spanish, lives up to its name by providing everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including:

Private Terrace
A fully equipped kitchen
High-speed internet
Air-conditioned bedrooms
In-unit laundry
Workout & sports equipment (golf clubs too)
Beach Gear
BBQ Pit
Fire pit for s'mores

Each of the three bedrooms is uniquely designed with dedicated working spaces and plush bedding, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring the wonders of PR.

Once you step outside onto the grand terrace, you'll be spellbound by the panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. Whether you're sunbathing on the loungers, whipping up a Piña Colada, making s’mores, or enjoying an alfresco meal at the outdoor dining area, you'll have a front-row seat to the beauty of the beach and the rainforest.

With its idyllic location, Casa Tuya is the perfect home base for exploring Puerto Rico’s stunning beaches, waterfalls, and hiking trails of El Yunque Rainforest. Our prime location, just outside the Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Resort, provides easy access to a casino, multiple world-class golf courses, an array of restaurants & grocery stores.

Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, "Casa Tuya" welcomes you, your families & pets (with pre-approval) with open arms to experience the beauty and culture of Puerto Rico.

Guest access -The entire unit, private terrace, and complex amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court, and basketball court.

It's important to note:

- Although close to plenty of attractions, it is highly recommended that you rent a vehicle to explore the island.

- This is a 3rd floor unit & there are NO elevators. The pro is that you'll have buns of steel upon check-out.

- There is NO Central A/C in the Living or Kitchen area. However, each bedroom IS equipped with its' own unit. When home, we typically keep the balcony & front doors open. The draft created is better than the real stuff.
