Private Experience Option 1: Ski With a Local
Experience Vail or Beaver Creek Mountain with a long-time local. Your group will be guided to the best powder stashes by an expert skier and Vail Valley enthusiast. Avoid the tourist traps, enjoy the slopes like a local and create incredible memories together.
This experience is appropriate for advanced to expert skiers and boarders. It is NOT lead by a certified ski instructor and is not a lesson.
Time: 3 hours, weather dependent
Private Experience Option 2: In-Residence Cowboy Hat Branding
Celebrate the history and charm of the Rocky Mountains with a custom cowboy hat branding experience.
A professional will take care of the branding while you choose from a variety of brands and hat bands to create your one-of-a-kind design. Stetson or Cavender hats are provided for adults, while Cavender brand hats are available for our younger guests.
Dedicated Concierge Services
Guests are invited to schedule a one-on-one video call with Vail Butler’s Guest Relations Manager, Paige. She will listen to your needs and wishes for your trip and make them a reality. From grocery shopping to private ski lessons, tickets to concerts to private snowmobile tours, everything will be arranged to perfection without you needing to lift a finger.

Après Ski is a ski town tradition with two simple components: great refreshments and good company. Whether you spent the day lapping the slopes or sipping cocoa in the lodge, everyone gets together for après in the late afternoon. Vail Butler will deliver an incredible spread to enjoy next to the fire as your group reviews the day or plans a night on the town.
