About this house rental
Shrouded in history, Ranchito Milagro is a hidden jewel located on a private road on the outskirts of quaint Sebastopol, CA (pop. 7000). Originally, home to the Miwok and Pomo tribes, you will walk among stately oaks that provided abundant acorns that were turned into acorn mush, the main food staple of the indigenous peoples of California.
The 2 level house is recently constructed with 18” rammed earth walls, wall-to-wall windows and glass double doors that open, on one side, to a large half-moon shaped pond populated with koi and water lilies. On the other side, is a private deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking a thick growth of pine trees, often the nesting place of red hawks or the occasional barn owl.
The Guest House design falls in the architectural school of industrial/farmhouse, combining a rusted metal pergola, wood floors, oversized wood beamed ceiling. A spiral staircase leads to a 2nd floor with a luxurious queen bed, sitting area overlooking the half-moon pond, and outside deck perched above a labyrinth, berry patches, fruit trees and gardens. The living room has 1 queen sized sofa bed, boardgames, TV and strong wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, hot kettle and nespresso machine.
Stay at this delightful property and experience the saltwater pool and the hot tub. Walk the labyrinth and meditate in the lush foliage, orchards and gardens of Ranchito Milagro.. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.
