Welcome to Black Bear, a charming 4-season getaway nestled in the peaceful Miller Lake community! Just a short walk or bike ride to the lake, enjoy easy access to swimming, boating, kayaking, and more. This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, & plenty of room for family and friends. Relax in the hot tub or entertain in the backyard gazebo by the fire pit. Centrally located between Tobermory and Lion's Head, it's the perfect base for exploring the Bruce Peninsula and make memories.

There are three comfortable bedrooms on the main level, each with laminate flooring and closet space, along with a 4-piece bathroom and ample linen storage.
Downstairs, guests can enjoy their own retreat with a fourth bedroom and a 2-piece bathroom. The mudroom is a practical spot for shedding gear after outdoor adventures. The lower level also includes a laundry area and a large recreation room, perfect for movie nights or kids’ sleepovers. This versatile space offers a perfect mix of comfort and functionality for your stay.
