Located on the 39th floor, you’ll enjoy spectacular views day and night of the beach, ocean, river, and the bright lights of the surrounding city. Right off of Hallandale Boulevard, you’re also in a prime location to take advantage of Hollywood Beach’s best attractions, with shopping, dining, and exciting beachfront amenities all within walking distance. When you’re not busy spending your days soaking up as much of the Florida sun as you can, you’ll delight in finding quiet places for rest and relaxation inside the home.
You’ll likely find yourself spending most of your time in the main living space with abundant natural lighting courtesy of the floor to ceiling windows and large sliding doors with multiple access points onto the spacious balcony. Comfortable sofa seating and a smart TV provide a welcome space for quiet evening hours streaming your favorite shows or movies. The sophisticated dining room table can seat 8 for formal meals with a side of picturesque views. Overflow seating is available for 4 at the kitchen counter, ideal for more casual bites or your morning coffee. The kitchen itself is another sight to behold, with chic cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. You’ll have no trouble achieving all your culinary ambitions here, whether you choose to whip up homecooked meals, prepare baked goods for a special occasion, or simply unpack takeout from a delicious local restaurant. Early risers will love watching the sun rise over the horizon, bringing with it a new and exciting day filled with possibility.
This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 4 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, workspace, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 both include 2 queen size beds, a smart TV, and balcony access.
Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.
The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Onsite parking is paid valet only, up to 1 vehicle.
Valet rates:
o 1-7 days at $35.00 + tax per day
o 8 days at $30.00 + tax per day
o Monthly rate of $650.00 + tax
• This home includes resort fees that will need to be paid upon check-in:
o Security deposit hold of $250 per stay
o Daily resort fee of $40 + tax
o Long term stays: 1st month $1,200 + tax, 2nd month $900 + tax
