Monarfon consists of four bedrooms with TVs; a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is also a kitchen/diner with dining seating, electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, and a conservatory. Outside there is a front and rear garden with seating, and off-road parking for three cars. Sorry no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.4 miles. Monarfon is a wonderful base for a large family wanting to spend some quality time in this charming area of North Wales. Note: There is a step down into the ground-floor double bedroom, please consider when booking. Note: The garden can be enclosed when the gates are closed, but still not be dog/child proof so both must be supervised at all times. Note: This property only accepts weekly stays. Town: Often described as the 'Pearl of Wales on the shores of Snowdonia’, this delightful seaside town is situated just 5 miles from Porthmadog. The town’s 13th-century castle perches majestically on a rocky outcrop, dominating the skyline and offering superb views of Tremadog Bay and the Snowdonia mountains. Watersports enthusiasts will be delighted by the two beaches, whilst walkers and bikers are spoilt for choice by the proximity of the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. Stroll along the beaches, watch porpoises playing in the surf, or relax in the various pubs, restaurants and tea rooms, sampling the famous Cadwalader’s ice cream. Further afield, attractions such as Portmeirion’s wonderful Italianate gardens, the Ffestiniog railway in Porthmadog, Harlech Castle, Caernarfon Castle and the beautiful beaches and renowned golf courses of the Llyn Peninsula are all within an easy drive.
