This captivating townhouse boasts breathtaking panoramic views over the glistening river towards the picturesque town of Fowey.
Upon arrival, A few steps lead you inside, where you are greeted by a hallway that ushers you to two inviting ground-floor bedrooms.This floor also houses a spacious and sophisticated king-size bedroom (cosy twin room). The family bathroom on this level is designed with indulgence in mind, featuring a sumptuous bath for luxurious soaks and a separate rainfall-effect shower.
On the first floor, you’ll discover an impressive open-plan living area that exudes both comfort and elegance. The kitchen, a dream for gourmet enthusiasts, is outfitted with sleek, contemporary appliances and a central island with a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area is ideal for sharing meals with loved ones, whilst the sumptuous L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind, especially in front of the charming wood burner, a cosy touch on cooler Cornish evenings. This floor also houses a spacious and sophisticated king-size bedroom. For added privacy, the master suite is located on the top floor, accessible via steep cottage-style stairs. This serene king-sized bedroom features a generous en-suite shower room, providing a secluded retreat for rejuvenation.
Outside, the garden is a Yes oasis. It features a verdant lawn and an inviting patio area adorned with stylish garden furniture, perfect for alfresco dining while savouring the sights and sounds of this coastal delight.
Polruan, with its quaint village charm, offers local shops and a traditional inn, enhancing its character. A brief ferry ride takes you to Fowey, where charming streets are lined with galleries, boutique shops, and eateries. The area is renowned for its stunning scenery, including pristine beaches, scenic walks and architecture. The Eden Project, a botanical world beneath futuristic Biomes is a must visit, whilst uncovering the Lost gardens of Heligan is a delight. Nearby Polperro, uncovers tales of smuggling amongst it’s pretty cottages and historic seaside setting.
