Make yourself comfortable in our spacious 2400 sq ft (222 sq m) home, available exclusively during Christmas, Spring Break, Summer, and select long weekends. With direct access from the back patio or side door, you'll enjoy the convenience and privacy our home offers. Nearby attractions, including Stanley Park and local shopping, are just a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride away.

-Living Spaces: Relax in two living rooms, each equipped with a Smart TV (70” upstairs, 65” downstairs), and both offering queen pull-out sofa beds.

-50” in the upstairs king bedroom with a 2-piece en-suite

Entertainment: Dive into endless entertainment with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and DAZN sports streaming, including access to NFL Game Pass, Premier League, Champions League, and more.
Workspace: Need to work or study? Two dedicated desks with wired internet are available for your convenience.
Gaming & Leisure: A Nintendo Switch with 6 joy-cons and 11 games, plus 11 brand new board games (as of March 2022), ensure fun for everyone.

Unwind in our outdoor seating area with a BBQ, and enjoy the convenience of beach towels (12 provided), mats, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear on-site.
Guest Amenities:

Each bathroom is stocked with individual shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand lotion, and face wipes, plus a hair flat iron and curling device in the downstairs bathroom.
Security: The home is secured with 6 exterior cameras and a security system. We monitor guest numbers to ensure compliance with house rules. Violations, such as unauthorized parties or noise complaints, may result in fines or eviction.
House Rules:

No parties, smoking, or loud noises after 10 PM.
Shoes are not allowed inside the house.
Pets are welcome with prior approval (up to 2 max), with a $259 cleaning fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1000 fine.

We live in the home most of the year, but when rented, we ensure your complete privacy and do not enter the property. One room is reserved for our use but remains untouched during your stay.

**Exclusive access to entire property including 4 parking on the property, (regular sized cars) outdoor patio space, and the front yard. Only a room in the back is off limits for owner use. (This is not included in one of the bedrooms). Please note downstairs only has a cooktop, no full sized stove only upstairs. Please note $50 per person per night for overnight guests exceeding 12.
