This Brooklyn townhome boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, perfect for a group or a family stay in NY. Fall in love with Brooklyn and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
An entire private house that has multiple rooms: three bedrooms, office room, living room, sunroom, spacious dinning room, and skylights. The street view of the quiet residential part of Brooklyn. Dressers and walk-in closets with organizers, hangers, and shoe racks are provided for the bedrooms. Private working space in the separate office room with a big table, bookshelves, printer, shredder, and multiple supplies. There are multiple working desks and separate office areas.
It's a two-story house with beautiful skylights, an oak staircase, and spacious common area, a kitchen, and a dining room. Open access to the backyard and downstairs recreation area.

Laundry in the house for your convenience with a dryer and laundry area. A local laundry service is also available for a drop-off.

Housekeepers can be provided for weekly or monthly service for an additional charge.

The kitchen is full-size and equipped with pans and pots, plates and bowls, cups and glasses, all needed silverware and tools.
Please read the house rules:
- 1. No guests other then those who reserved the property is authorized to be in the unit. Please make sure to book appropriate number of guests. Anyone who will be in the unit for any length of time will be considered a guest and counted in the total. If there are extra guests found to be in the unit that you have not registered, there will be a $100 charge for each per day.
- 2. Please no shoes in the house
- 3. Quiet hours: 11pm - 8am, respectfully to the neighbors.
- 4. Keep the place clean, feel free to use all cleaning supplies available.
- 5. Make sure to recycle garbage and to bring the garbage out on the sidewalk on specific days marked on the check in instructions.
- 6. Please turn off AC and light when you are not around
- 7. Make sure there is no open fire on the backyard without attention and to turn off the gas stove when not used.
- 8. Check-in time is 3 pm, but if arriving earlier contact me and I might be able to assist you. Please contact me with an estimated arrival time.
- 9. Check-out time is 11am. An extension of the stay is an available as option if the house is available, but should be requested some time in advance. If the house is not cleared up and vacant by the check-out time, your personal belongings will be moved out from the house and you will be charged a $250 violation fee.
- 10. No moving furniture or placing items on the walls.
- 11. if you have kids below 21 y.o. you are responsible for following legal requirements of the safety.
- 12. if you have pets, the guest is responsible for pets and for keeping the place clear and in condition as found at the time of check in.
NEW: It is important for you to know that by the new NY City rules since Feb'19 the key locking handles are considered prohibited on the bedroom doors of safety concerns in case of an emergency. Following the law, only locking handles were installed on the bedroom doors.
Guest releases hosts from any liability and/or claim for any kind of personal injury or property damage that may arise from guests' use of the facility regardless of cause.
Anyone who violates these rules will be asked to leave, without a refund.
Any alternations to downsize the reservation cannot be less than the minimum required amount of nights and a fee of $100 will be charged.
Electricity is cupped at $300/ month. Any amount extra will be added to the rent amount.
