The Sugar Shack is in The Enchanted Forest, an 11-acre, spellbinding resort with 7 themed lodgings and five RV slips. The Enchanted Forest is a short drive from Hayesville, NC, and Hiawassee, GA, and just steps from the Nantahala National Forest.

Leave the hustle and bustle of life behind and revisit your favorite fairytales and fables at The Enchanted Forest, an 11-acre fantasy-themed resort in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The Sugar Shack is a cozy, two-person lodging decorated with sweet treats like candy canes and cupcakes to delight your inner child. A ground-floor twin bed and loft twin bed offer comfortable sleeping arrangements as well as private spaces. A refrigerator and microwave help you enjoy your favorite snacks during your stay. Step out to the front porch to enjoy the lollipop garden and the breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Just off the porch, enjoy a game of Candyland on the life-sized board. Explore the Chocolate Swamp and snap a pic with the gingerbread family that lives outside the cottage.

Bathhouse and restroom facilities (NOTE*: the cottage has a nearby portapotty that is maintained and cleaned regularly. The standard bathroom/shower facility is a short walk from the cottage.)
