About this house rental
This stylish newly renovated house sleeps 6 and is the perfect place to stay when visiting Bristol for work or leisure. Located just a 9 minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station and closeby to the main attractions in Bristol where you will find an array of bars and resturants, as well as local attractions, it's in a fantastic spot for guests exploring Bristol. We also manage another property a few doors down in the same location which looks very similar You will walk into a newly built two bedroom house ready for your stay, this modern, convenient, fully-furnished house has all the amenities you need to enjoy your trip to Bristol. The beautiful open plan living space is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and all the glassware, a Nespresso coffee machine as well as tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid and a tea towel to ensure you have everything you need. The social oval dining table has 6 chairs. The living space has a comfortable large corner sofa which opens out into a double bed to sleep 2 and bedding is provided. The media wall has a smart TV loaded with apps including Netflix and a built in electric fire making for a cosy space to unwind. From the living space there are sliding doors out onto the private outdoor courtyard area which has a table with 6 chairs. There is a downstairs toilet and a cupboard under the stairs which has a washer dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. Each of the two bedrooms has a lovely king size bed with bedside lights and USB charging sockets as well as a 43 inch TV and a hairdryer. There is plenty of space for hanging your clothes with wardrobes in each room. The upstairs bathroom has a shower over a bath. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided as well as bed linen and two towels for each guest. Limited off street parking available on request, please get in touch to find out more. You will have private access to the whole property during your stay With a rich history spanning centuries, Bristol’s modern day Old Market/Barton Vale district has a unique character built from its vibrant residents and businesses alike. You will discover an eclectic blend of vintage stores and independent shops mixed with cool cafés, bars and restaurants as well as art and music venues. On its doorstep, the bustling bars, cafés, theatres and shops of the city centre are all within easy reach and the renowned Cabot Circus shopping centre is just a short walk away. Bristol is renowned for its rich heritage and vibrant culture. Birthplace of ‘Banksy’ and home to Brunel’s Clifton Suspension Bridge, Bristol plays host to the Bristol Harbour Festival and Bristol International Balloon Fiesta annually, bringing excitement and colour to this already thriving modern city. Local recommendations: -The Barley Mow pub is ran by Bristol Beer Factory and has 8 cask and 10 keg lines showcasing the best beer as well as a food menu including sunday roasts -Mokoko is a highly recommended independent coffee shop & bakery, only a short walk from the property. -Veeno is an authentic italian wine bar and was born out of a passion for wine and food pairing, with views over the River Avon -Bakehouse serves up the most delicious coffees, breakfast rolls, sandwiches, toasties, and award-winning cakes. -To The Moon Cocktail bar: Cosy venue/bar off the beaten track in Old Market with regular open decks, gigs, arts events and cocktails. -Chido Wey: Restaurant serving carefully sourced Mexican food & cocktails in a bright, artful setting. -Grano: Serving authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. Great service and great atmosphere, right in the heart of buzzing Old Market. -Little Martha Brewing: ‘We’re a brewpub based in St Philips, Bristol, brewing and serving our own range of beers in our cosy railway arch pub.’ -Temple Quay Market: A weekly street food market taking place every Tuesday and Thursday 12-2pm in The Square. Temple Back E, Redcliffe, Bristol BS1 6DG -Walking -Driving: the property is not in the clean air zone -Taxis: AA Taxis, Uber also operates in the area -Tier Scooters: Experience the spirited city of Bristol on two wheels – hire an electric scooter from Tier and move around freely while enjoying the fresh air.
