About this house rental
Tucked away on acreage in Yallingup, this stunning 5 bedroom home offers the peace and quiet you have been looking for. Perfectly secluded in native bushland but conveniently close to local vineyards, beaches and Dunsborough cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
As you step into the entry, you are welcomed by a lovely open-plan living area complete with stunning blackbutt wooden floors and raked ceilings. It comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with large walk-in pantry, dining table and a lounge area with plush sofas and TV. A wood burning stove perfect for the winter evenings heats this whole area.
Sliding doors from the living area provides direct access from the kitchen to the alfresco eating area. which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a glass of local wine prior to firing up the BBQ for dinner. You are quite likely to see kangaroos and some amazing bird life in this natural bush setting.
There’s air-conditioning throughout the whole home, as well as Wi-Fi to keep everyone happy.
The living area is flanked on both sides by carpeted bedrooms and additional TV/Activity areas. Heading off to the left wing you will find a large TV room with comfy sofas leading to a master suite with king bed, walk-in robe and large ensuite with shower, separate toilet and twin sinks. A second bedroom houses 2 single beds and built in robes.
Quick trip back to the lounge and then head towards the right wing where you will find 3 more bedrooms: a queen, a second queen and a bunk room (double bottom bunk and single top bunk). A second bathroom with shower, bath and vanity, separate toilet and laundry also make up this wing. There is second Activity area for the kids, complete with toys. A portacot and high chair are available at the home.
This is the perfect getaway for an extended family, or two-three couples with children. Sleeps 10 in total.
This home is so comfy you might prefer to stay put but try to venture out to enjoy the local beaches or explore the region’s internationally renowned wineries, boutique breweries and stunning coastline – all only a short distance away!
