Built in the 19th century, this historic property has recently been completely refurbished internally to offer you a contemporary living space.

Entering the property, on the ground floor you will find a modern open-plan living, dining and small kitchen area. The space is thoughtfully designed with new appliances and a smart TV, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Also on this floor is a cosy single bedroom and a stand-alone shower room.

Upstairs there are two bright, bedrooms, both can be configured as twins or a Superking to suit your needs. Each bathroom has its own ensuite shower room, elegantly finished for a touch of modern luxury.

This apartment can be accessed from Market Street or South Street and is within a few minutes easy walking distance of the famous Old Course, St Andrews' beaches, historic sites and a second's walk from shops and restaurants!
