With three well-appointed bathrooms (including a soaking tub in the queen bathroom), everyone will have plenty of space to unwind after a day of adventure.
The ambiance of this home is enhanced by its modern amenities, including a dedicated theater room for movie nights, a wet bar for entertaining, and smart TVs throughout the property. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
In order to comply with the above ordinance, this property is outfitted with security cameras. The area monitored by camera is the front porch and driveway. There are no cameras anywhere inside the home, and no decibel monitor in any other spaces besides those listed.
